How to pair the Edifier TWS200 Plus earphones with my phone?

Place the earphones in the case, then double-click the pairing button on the case. The red and white indicators flash quickly. Search for 'EDIFIER TWS200 Plus' in your phone's Bluetooth settings and connect.

What to do if only one earbud works?

Make sure both earbuds are in the case. Hold down the pairing button for 10 seconds to reset TWS pairing. The white indicators flash quickly, then red and white confirm success.

How to charge the earphones and case?

Place the earphones in the case to charge them. Connect the case via a USB-C cable (not included) to a 5V 1A source. The power indicator stays on during charging and turns off when complete.

What do the case indicator flashes mean?

When you open the case: 3 slow flashes = full battery, 2 = medium, 1 = low. Six fast flashes = battery below 10%, charge immediately.

How to control playback and calls?

Double-click on the left or right earbud to play/pause or answer/end a call. Triple-click on the left earbud for previous track, and on the right earbud for next track.

Why is there no sound in the earphones?

Check that the earphones are turned on, the volume is sufficient, they are correctly connected to the device and within range (10 m). Also ensure the source device is playing music.

Call quality is poor, what to do?

Make sure your phone is in an area with good mobile network and the earphones are within 10 meters without obstacles. Avoid very noisy environments.

Can I use a fast charger for the case?

No, Edifier advises against using fast chargers. Use a 5V and 1A source to not affect battery life.

How to maintain the earphones to extend their lifespan?

Avoid moisture, sweat, extreme temperatures and shocks. Clean with a soft cloth without corrosive products. If not used for an extended period, recharge the earphones every three months.

The earphones do not turn on when I open the case, what to do?

Check that the case is charged. If the indicator does not light up, plug the case into a wall outlet. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

Charge the earbuds

• You may hear a warning tone when at low battery level, please place the earbuds in the case for charging.
• Charge the charging case
• If power indicator flashes six times rapidly when the case is opened, it indicates the case has a low battery capacity, please charge it in time.
• Power indicator steady lit = charging Power indicator off = fully charged
• Battery level indicator on the charging case
• When the charging case is opened or closed, the power indicator will show the case's battery level: if it flashes three times slowly, the battery is full; if it flashes twice slowly, the battery is medium; if it flashes once slowly, the battery is low; if it flashes six times rapidly, the battery level is less than 10%. If the battery level is 10%, then it is charged.

Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.

Power on when the case is opened.

• Power off when the case is closed.

White light is lit for 1 second

• Pairing

• Place the earbuds in the case, and double click the pairing button to enter Bluetooth pairing.
• Bluetooth pairing: red and white lights flash rapidly
• When not connected with any Bluetooth device, place the earbuds in the case, and press and hold the pairing button for around 10 seconds and release until the white light flashes rapidly, so as to enter TWS pairing mode and clear pairing records.

TWS pairing: white light flashes rapidly. When successful, white light is lit for 1 second and then the red and white lights flash rapidly.

Search for and connect to "EDIFIER TWS200 Plus". After pairing is successful, the white light of the charging case will flash twice per 5 seconds.

- Functional operation

Accept/reject call: double click the left or right earbud

Pause/play: double click the left or right earbud

Previous track: triple click the left earbud

Next track: triple click the right earbud

FAQs

When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.

• Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with power source.

No sound

• Check if the earbuds are operating.
• Check if the earbuds volume is at an appropriate level.
• Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with the mobile phone.
• Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

The call quality of the earbuds is not good.

• Check if the mobile phone is in an area with a strong signal.
• Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and there is no obstacle between the earbuds and the mobile phone.

When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via the earbuds.

• Please ensure the paired device supports AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

■ Maintenance

• Do not use a fast charger to charge the product to avoid affecting the service life of the battery.
• If not used for long periods of time, please charge the product with a lithium battery every three months.
• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting the internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product and causing damage.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to the sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and make plastic components deformed.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging the internal circuit board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, or strike the product with hard objects to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch the product surface to avoid damaging the shell and affecting the appearance.
