How do I pair the Edifier X3 with my phone?

Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode (LED flashes red and blue). On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'Edifier X3'. If pairing fails, reset the earbuds by placing them back in the case, closing the lid, then reopening.

What is the battery life of the Edifier X3?

The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge. The charging case adds an additional 18 hours (total ~24 hours). Charging time is about 1.5 hours for the earbuds and 2 hours for the case via USB-C.

Are the Edifier X3 waterproof?

The Edifier X3 have an IP54 rating, meaning they are dust-resistant and splash-proof. They can withstand light rain and sweat, but should not be submerged in water.

Can I use the Edifier X3 with only one earbud?

Yes, the Edifier X3 supports mono mode. Simply remove either earbud from the case and it will automatically connect. You can use the left or right independently.

How do I reset the Edifier X3?

To reset, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. After 10 seconds, open the lid and press the touch panel on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and white. Release and they will be reset.

Why is one earbud not working or no sound?

First, ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them in the case, close the lid, then reopen. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds. Also check that your device's audio balance is centered and that the earbuds are properly paired.

How to change the volume on Edifier X3?

The Edifier X3 uses touch controls. Tap and hold the right earbud to increase volume, tap and hold the left earbud to decrease volume. Single tap for play/pause, double tap for next track (right) or previous track (left).

Can I use the Edifier X3 while charging?

The earbuds cannot be used while charging in the case. You must remove them from the case to use them. The case itself can be charged via USB-C while the earbuds are inside, but they will not play audio.

What is the range of the Edifier X3?

The Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters (33 feet) in open space. Walls and obstacles may reduce the effective range.

How do I clean the Edifier X3?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. For the mesh, use a small brush or toothpick to gently remove debris. Avoid using liquids or abrasive materials. Keep the charging contacts dry.

• Charge the Earbuds
• You may hear a warning tone when at low battery level, please place the earbuds in the case for charging.
• Charge the charging case
• Connect to charging cable for charging.
• Indicator steady lit = charging Indicator light off = fully charged

- Power on when taken out of the charging case.

• Power off when the charging case is closed.

- Bluetooth pairing: press and hold the touch button for 1-3 seconds

- TWS pairing: double click the touch button

- Clear pairing records: press and hold the touch button for 8 seconds

• For initial use, directly take the earbuds out of the charging case, and set mobile phone to search and connect to the corresponding Bluetooth pairing name as shown in the above picture; For subsequent use, the earbuds will automatically connect to the mobile phone used last time.
• Tips: After pairing your mobile phone with one earbud, you can repeat the above steps to pair the mobile phone with the other earbud, then you can choose to use either of earbuds.

FAQs

When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.

- Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with power source.

No sound

• Check if the earbuds are operating.
• Check if the earbuds volume are at an appropriate level.
• Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with mobile phone.
• Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

The call quality of the earbuds are not good.

• Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
• Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and no obstacle between the earbuds and mobile phone.

When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via the earbuds.

- Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

Maintenance

• Do not use a fast charger to charge the product to avoid affecting service life of the battery.
• If not used for long periods of time, please charge the product with lithium battery at least once per three months.
• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and make plastic components deformed.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting facade.
