How to start a wash cycle?

Select the desired program using the selector, adjust options (temperature, spin) if necessary, then press the Start button.

What to do if the machine does not turn on?

Check that the plug is properly inserted, that the circuit breaker has not tripped, and that the door is correctly closed. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the pump filter?

Unplug the appliance, open the pump cover (bottom right), unscrew the filter counterclockwise, clean it and replace it.

Why does the machine display an error code E:??

Error codes indicate a specific problem. Consult the manual for the meaning. The most common: E:10 (water inlet problem), E:20 (drainage problem).

How to change the washing machine door?

Unplug the appliance, remove the hinge screws (Torx T20), lift the door upwards and remove it. Assembly is carried out in reverse order.

The door seal is leaking, what to do?

Check that the seal is not torn or incorrectly positioned. If necessary, replace it following the instructions in the manual (removing the front panel, loosening the clamp).

How to descale the washing machine?

Use a special washing machine descaler, pour it into the detergent drawer, run a cotton program at 90°C without laundry.

Why does the laundry come out wet?

Check the selected spin speed, that the pump filter is not blocked, and that the machine is not overloaded.

Can I repair the appliance myself?

Yes, for certain parts such as the top, control panel, detergent drawer, door, seal, door lock, drum light and pump cover. Follow the repair advice in the manual.

How to change the drum light?

Unplug the appliance, remove the top and control panel, take out the light holder from its housing, disconnect the connectors and replace the bulb.

3.1 Replacing worktop

Required tools:

Torx Bit TX20 with hole, long 6.3^ (1/4^) 152^ , for screws [00341272] with safety pin

Prerequisite:

Appliance is disconnected from power supply.
Appliance is disconnected from water supply.

3.1.1 Removing worktop

1. Remove screws (1).
2. Push worktop to the back of the appliance (2).
3. Move worktop upwards (3) to remove it.

3.1.2 Installing worktop

Install in reverse order.

Notice

Risk of damaged surface! Surface of appliance can be scratched by using wrong tools. Only use plastic tools to replace the tension ring.

Remove tension ring from gasket with a plastic tool.

1. Release door seal from front panel.
2. Release cable connector from door lock.

1. Release screws on top of front panel (3).

2. Release all hose connections.

Tighten tension ring of boot gasket with 3,4 Nm.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
