1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8

years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

• Use the device only for the intended purpose.

• Always place the appliance on a stable, level and horizontal surface when you use it. USE

• Be careful with the scale. Do not let it to drop and charge it to the maximum capacity. KEY FUNCTIONS - Key: Power on/ Power off/Tare function - Unit key: Unit change “g”, “kg”, “ml”, “lb.oz”, “fl.oz” PC 1009 OPERATION - Take out the scale, and open up the battery cover, install the batteries to the battery compartment - Put the scale on a flat table, and ensure it is steady. - The device will automatically switch off after 3 minutes if the item you test always keep on the scale, and the device will automatically switch off after 1 min if the scale shows “0” and non-usage. WEIGHTING STEP

1) Press the key to power on. “0” appears on the display after 2 seconds. Then you can weigh

Hold function: the measured result is shown for 8 seconds after the weighed part got removed from the scale surface. After 8 seconds the display will automatically switch to 0. If user press tare, the scale is at 0 directly. TARE FUNCTION - If you want to weigh items in a container, the container should be placed on the weighing surface before you switch on the scales. You may also delete the weight of the container pressing the button. The display will show “0”. -Now add the items to weigh. The weight will be shown on the display. Touch . The display will again show “0”. Now you may add the next item to weigh. You may repeat the procedure several times as desired.

ERROR DISPLAY INTRODUCTION

- The scale has a load capacity of max. 20 kg. The display will show “Err” if this maximum load is exceeded. - The symbol appears if the batteries need replacing. INTRODUCTION OF USING AND ISTALLING THE BATTERIES - Use 1xCR2032 (included) - To insert or replace the battery, open the battery compartment located underneath the unit. When inserting the battery, always observe the correct polarity. Please put 2XCR2032 battery into the battery compartment.

ADVIDE FOR USE AND CARE

• Always put the scale on a clean and flat table.

• To ensure the life of the scale, do not put the scale under wet, hot & cold conditions.

• The product is a high precision electronic weighing apparatus. Therefore do not drop otherwise the scale can be easily damaged.

• If the scale surface is dirty, please clean the scale with soft cloth, do not use any chemical detergent and don’t allow water to get inside the scale.

• If the result appears improperly, please check about whether the batteries and the touching point contact well. Replace with new batteries if used for a long time already, then try again.

The device may be wiped with a soft dry or slightly damp, lint free cloth. Do not use any abrasive, harsh cleaning solutions or aggressive solvents for cleaning. Disposal of old electrical appliances.
