USER MANUAL PC 3010 Orbegozo

Battery change

  1. Open the battery compartment located at the bottom of the weight.
  2. Remove the old battery.
  3. Place new batteries in the compartment. Note the polarity.

OPERATION

  1. Place the weight on a flat, sturdy surface. Avoid carpets or soft surfaces.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the unit.
  3. Wait until the screen shows before starting to use it.
  4. Always place the object you want to weigh in the center of the platform.

Change of weight unit

UNITS key to change the weight unit between Gram, Ounce, Tola, Carat and Grain.

Weight calibration

  1. Press and hold the UNIT button and CAL will appear on the display
  2. Press the UNIT button again, the reference weight will flash
  3. Select the weight with the TARE button from 10.00 to 200.00
  4. Place the weight on the weighing surface until PASS appears on the display

Using Piece Counting Mode

  1. Turn on the scale and wait until the LCD shows "0.00".
  2. Press and HOLD the [PCS] key for 2 seconds, the LCD will display a random number, for example "25".
  3. Press the [UNITS] key to select the sample quantity of the item you have placed on the platform (it is programmed to allow calibrating weights of 4 different configured quantities which are 25, 50, 75 or 100 pieces). Press and HOLD the [PCS] key for 2 seconds to confirm the above information, now the LCD will display PCS in the corner to indicate the scale is in counting mode.
  4. You can place any amount of your item(s) on the scale and the LCD will display a count.

Note : Repeat the above steps to perform part calculation for any different object. To achieve accuracy in calibration, it is advisable to weigh a preset quantity of 100 pieces.

Tare function

To weigh different loads consecutively without removing the previous ones from the weight. Place the first load on the weight, you can read the weight. Press the TARE button so that the LCD displays "0.00" again before adding the next load. You can repeat this operation until you reach the maximum weight supported by the scale.

LCD backlight

  1. The LCD screen background lights up by default when the weight is turned on.
  2. It can be turned on and off manually by pressing the LIGHT key while the weight is in operation.

Manual disconnection

The display automatically turns off if the weight is not used for 60 seconds. It can also be turned off manually by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Warning indicators
