GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Use the device only in accordance with the instruction manual and the safety instructions. Any other use can lead to damage to the device, or to injury to persons.

- Before you use this device, please read the instruction manual carefully.
- Please keep this instruction manual, the warranty certificate, the purchase receipt, and if possible, the box with the inner packaging.
- The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use.
- Always unplug the device from the socket when it is not in use, when you are attaching accessories, cleaning the device, or when a malfunction occurs. Turn off the device first and pull on the plug, not the cable.
- To protect children from the dangers of electrical devices, never leave them unsupervised near the device. Choose the location for your device so that children cannot access it. Ensure that the cable does not hang down.
- This device cannot be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Blades are sharp. Be careful when removing them and avoid direct contact with the blade edges.
- Allow hot food to cool to 80^ or less before processing with the device.
- To prevent injuries, keep hands, hair, clothing, or other objects away from the blade attachment during operation. Avoid contact with the rotating parts.
- Be especially careful when handling the blade attachment, during assembly and disassembly, as well as when cleaning and emptying the mixer container.
- Do not use the device with bone-containing or other very hard foods.

WARNING! There is a risk of electric shock! Only insert the power plug into a socket when the device is fully assembled and the respective container is filled.

The blade insert is sharp. Handle it with care.
- The device must never be operated without food and without a suitable container included in the delivery.
- The blade assembly continues to rotate even after the device is turned off.
- Wait until the motion has stopped before removing the cover.
Connecting the Mixer Attachment
- Attach the main unit to the mixer attachment so that it aligns with the "open padlock symbol".
- Rotate the main unit until the mixer attachment aligns with the "closed padlock symbol". The main unit must audibly click into place.
Potato Masher
Connecting the Potato Masher
- Attach the main unit to the potato masher so that it aligns with the "open padlock symbol".
- Rotate the main unit until the potato masher aligns with the "closed padlock symbol". The main unit must audibly click into place.


Chopper
Assembly of the Chopper

- Place the blade insert in the chopper.
- Fill the chopper with the prepared food up to the MAX mark.

- Place the cover on the chopper and lock it by turning clockwise.
- Attach the main unit to the chopper so that it aligns with the "open padlock symbol".
- Rotate the motor unit so that the chopper on the main unit aligns with the "closed padlock symbol". The main unit must audibly click into place.
Whisk
Assemble the Whisk
- Attach the whisk to the whisk attachment until it audibly and palpably clicks into place.
- Attach the main unit to the whisk attachment so that it aligns with the "open padlock symbol".
- Rotate the main unit so that the whisk attachment on the main unit aligns with the "closed padlock symbol". The main unit must audibly click into place

REMOVING THE RESPECTIVE ACCESSORY
To remove the respective accessory, turn the main unit from the "closed padlock symbol" to the "open padlock symbol" and remove it from the main unit.
CONTROLS
- Speed Controller: A
The mixing speed can be adjusted from level 1 (Min) to level 6 (Max).
- On/Off Button: B
Hold the On/Off button to operate at the set speed. Release it to turn off the device.
- Turbo Button: C
Hold the Turbo button to mix at maximum speed. The setting of the speed controller is irrelevant here. Release the Turbo button to turn off the device.
OPERATION
Mixer
- The device is ideal for pureeing fruits and vegetables, as well as for mixing drinks, soups, sauces, etc., and for making milkshakes.
- Do not use the device for extremely hard foods such as ice cubes or similar.
NOTE:
Adjust the rotation speed to match the food being mixed. Choose normal speed for soft foods (1-6) and the turbo setting for harder foods (Turbo button).
Proceed as follows:
- Cut the fruits and vegetables into small pieces.

Place the food in the measuring cup or another suitable container.
-
Attach the mixer attachment to the main unit.
- Submerge the mixer attachment into the food to be pureed/mixed.
- Connect the power plug to the socket.
- To mix at normal speed, hold the On/Off button. To mix at turbo speed, hold the Turbo button.
- Move the mixer attachment up and down in the container filled with food to ensure even chopping.
- When finished, release the On/Off button or the Turbo button.
- After mixing, wait until the movement stops, unplug the device, remove the mixer from the food, and remove the blade attachment.
- Clean the device immediately if possible.
NOTE:
If the mixer creates a suction and sticks to the bottom of the container, briefly release the On/Off button or the Turbo button.
Potato Masher
The potato masher is ideal for mashing potatoes and carrots.
- Cut the cooked potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
- Place the food in the measuring cup or another suitable container.
- Attach the main unit to the potato masher and rotate it until it clicks into place.
- Submerge the potato masher into the food to be mashed/mixed.
- Connect the power cord to the socket.
- To mix at normal speed, hold down the On/Off button. To mix at turbo speed, hold down the Turbo button.
- Move the potato masher up and down in the container with the food to ensure it is evenly mashed.
- When you are finished, release the On/Off button or the Turbo button.
- Then unplug the power cord, wait until the blades have stopped moving, and remove the potato masher from the container with the puree.
- Clean the device immediately if possible.
Chopper
The chopper is ideal for chopping meat, Parmesan, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and herbs.
- Rinse or wash the food.
- Cut the food into small pieces.
- Remove the outer shell from the nuts. If desired, you can use the inner skin, e.g., with almonds.
- Use fresh herbs without stems.

Remove tendons, bones, and cartilage from meat.
-
Connect the power plug to the socket.
- To chop, hold down the On/Off button or the Turbo button and release it to turn off the device.
- After chopping, unplug the device and remove the main unit from the cover.
- Clean the device immediately if possible.
Whisk
The whisk is suitable for whipping cream, egg whites, and foods with a similar light consistency.
- Fill cream, egg whites, etc., into the measuring cup or another suitable container.
- Submerge the whisk in the cream (or similar).
- Connect the power plug to the socket.
- To whip the cream, hold down the On/Off button or the Turbo button and release it to turn off the device.
- After finishing the operation, unplug the device and remove the whisk from the food.
- Remove the whisk from the whisk attachment.
- Clean the device immediately if possible.

Warning! To avoid the risk of electric shock, injury, or damage:
- Unplug the device from the socket before cleaning.

Never submerge the main unit in water. Caution! Never use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents as they could damage the device.

Clean the main unit with a damp cloth; if necessary, a little dish soap may be used.
- Wipe with a cloth using clear water and dry afterwards. Do not hold the device under running water.
- Only use the main unit again when it is completely dry.
Cleaning the Accessories
Note: The electrical contacts of the mixer attachment, potato masher, and whisk, as well as the cover of the chopping container, should not be cleaned under running water.
- Place the parts in cold or lukewarm water to soften food residues. You can also add a little dish soap to the water.
- Remove softened food residues with a dish brush.
- Rinse with clear water.
- Let the parts dry completely before reusing them.
- The following accessories can also be cleaned in the dishwasher: whisk (without whisk attachment), chopping container, blade insert, measuring cup.
