WARNING The vibration emission level will vary because of the ways in which a power tool can be used and may increase above the level given in this information sheet.
The vibration emission level may be used to compare one tool with another.
It may be used for a preliminary assessment of exposure.
An accurate estimate of the vibratory load should also take into account the times when the tool is shut down or when it is running but not actually in use. This may significantly reduce the vibratory load over the total working period.
Identify additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects of vibration such as: maintain the tool and the accessories, keep the hands warm, organisation of work patterns.
Warning: When working for long periods of time, the operator's hands may vibrate, causing circulatory problems (Wei finger syndrome). Wei finger syndrome is a vascular disease in which the small blood vessels in the fingers and toes spasm in fits

Warning!
When working for long periods, the vibrations may cause blood flow problems (white finger syndrome) in the operator's hands. White finger syndrome is a vascular disease in which the small blood vessels in the fingers and toes suddenly spasm. The affected areas are no longer supplied with suffient blood and thus appear extremely pale. Frequent use of vibrating equipment can cause nerve damage in people whose blood circulation is impaired (e.g. smokers, diabetics). If you notice any unusual impairments, stop work immediately and consult a doctor. To reduce the risks, follow these guidelines:
Keep your body, especially your hands, warm in cold weather.
Take regular breaks and move your hands to promote blood circulation.
Keep machine vibration to a minimum through regular maintenance and fixed parts on the device.
Do not use the device until you have carefully read and understood the operating instructions. Familiarise yourself with the operating elements and the correct use of the device. Follow all safety instructions listed in the manual. Act responsibly towards other people.
The operator is responsible for accidents or hazards to third parties.
If you have any doubts about the connection and operation of the device, contact customer service.

The rotating blades can cause serious cutting injuries or amputations. Always keep hands and feet away from the cutting device, especially when switching on the motor. Never reach under the housing while the device is running. Wear protective gloves! Never use the brush cutter without the protective cover. After switching off, the cutting head continues to rotate for a few seconds after it has been switched off. Keep your hands and feet away. Ejected stones or earth can cause injuries.

Be careful not to get injured by the cutting devices. Do not cross gravel roads or paths with the device running. When transporting or storing the brushcutter always put the protective cover on. Keep all parts of your body away from the blade. Do not attempt to remove cuttings or hold the material to be cut while the blade is moving. Chain saw safety warnings
- Keep all parts of the body away from the saw chain when the chain saw is operating. Before you start the chain saw, make sure the saw chain is not contacting anything. A moment of inattention while operating chain saws may cause entanglement of your clothing or body with the saw chain.
Always hold the chain saw with your right hand on the rear handle and your left hand on the front
handle. Holding the chain saw with a reversed hand configuration increases the risk of personal injury and should never be done.
- Only hold the chainsaw by the insulated grip surfaces, as the saw chain can hit concealed power lines. Contact between the saw chain and a live wire can also energise metal parts of the appliance and cause an electric shock.
- Wear protective glasses and ear protectors. Further, wearing head, hand and leg protection equipment is recommended. Adequate protective equipment will reduce personal injury from flying debris or accidental contact with the saw chain.
- Do not work with the chainsaw on a tree, a ladder, from a roof or an unstable surface. There is a serious risk of injury if operated in this way.
- Always keep proper footing and operate the chain saw only when standing on fixed, secure and level surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces may cause a loss of balance or control of the chain saw.
- When cutting a limb that is under tension, be alert for spring back. When the tension in the wood fibres is released the spring loaded limb may strike the operator and /or throw the chain saw out of control.
- Use extreme caution when cutting brush and saplings. The slender material may catch the saw chain and be whipped toward you or pull you off balance.
- Carry the chain saw by the front handle with the chain saw switched off and away from your body. When transporting or storing the chain saw, always fit the guide bar cover. Proper handling of the chain saw will reduce the likelihood of accidental contact with the moving saw chain.
- Follow instructions for lubricating, chain tensioning and changing accessories. Improperly tensioned or lubricated chain may either break or increase the chance for kickback.
- Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Greasy, oily handles are slippery causing loss of control.
- Cut wood only. Do not use chain saw for purposes not intended. For example: do not use chain saw for cutting metal, plastic, masonry or nonwood building materials. Use of the chain saw for operations different than intended could result in a hazardous situation.
- Do not attempt to fell a tree until you have a clear understanding of the risks and how to avoid them. The user or other persons can be seriously injured by a falling tree.

when the machine is off and the battery taken out. A moment of inattention when using the hedge trimmer may result in serious injuries.
Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle when the knife is off. Fit the protective cover whenever the hedge trimmer is to be transported or stored. Careful appliance handling reduces the risk of injury by knife.
Hold the power tools by the insulated handles as the cutting knife may come into contact with hidden cables/lines. Contact of the cutting knife with a live conductor may bring the metal parts of the appliance under voltage and cause electric shock.
Maintenance
Repairs and works specified in these Instructions may only be performed by qualified authorised staff.
Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all times. Never spray water on the device body!
