3.2. Preparations for operation
POSITIONING THE APPLIANCE
The maximum ambient temperature and relative humidity limits not to be exceeded are +40°C and 85% RH, respectively. Position the appliance where good air circulation is ensured. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from all sides of the appliance. Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the appliance on a level, firm, clean, fireproof, and dry surface and out of the reach of children and individuals with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual capacities. Before the first use, remove all accessories and wash them clean along with the entire appliance. 3.3. Operating the appliance
1. Put the water container on the frame. Fill the container with warm water
(use enough water so that it will not spill over when the GN container is placed in the water container). For RCCD-RT6_9L, RCCD-RT3_6L, and RCCD- RT7_6L, use hot water the steam and temperature of which are the source of heat to stop the food temperature from dropping. As the temperature of the water in the container drops, so does the temperature of the food, so it is important to control both the water level in the container and its temperature, and top up hot water when needed.

5. When done using the product, proceed as applicable to your model: kill the
flame by closing the fuel paste container with its lid or unplug the electric heater from the mains.
6. Always remove water and leave the water container to dry after use.
CAUTION! The product components reach a high temperature; hot steam can be released when the lid is opened. Extreme caution is required when operating this product. 3.4. Cleaning and maintenance a) Before cleaning, adjustment or replacement of accessories, and when the appliance is not in use, leave it to cool down completely. b) Use non-corrosive agents only for cleaning the surfaces. c) Only mild cleaning agents intended for surfaces in contact with food shall be used to clean the appliance. d) After each cleaning, dry all components well before the appliance is used again. e) Store the appliance in a dry and cool place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. f) Regularly inspect the appliance for technical defects and damage. g) Use a soft cloth for cleaning. h) Do not clean with any sharp and/or metal implements (e.g. a wire brush or a metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the appliance.
