8Before switching on the GotaKid device, check that the product is turned off and the front knob is in the «OFF» position.

• Place the humidier on a at surface, at least 60 cm above the oor and 10 cm from the wall.

• Fill in the tank (see instructions below).

• Plug the cord in an electrical socket.

• Turn the product on using the front knob and select the desired power.

• Press the side controllers to activate the HygroSmart

and night light functions (see “controls” section).

• The GotaKid humidifier switches itself off automatically when the tank is empty. GotaKid helps in preventing from dry air symptoms by humidifying the ambient air thanks to a thin and cold steam. An air humidier ghts against dried mucus membranes, nose bleeding, rhinitis, eyes picks, skin, dry cough or nocturnal thirsts. In terms of hygiene and comfort, Air Naturel recommends a relative humidity between 40 and 60%. Starting the GotaKid

• Remove the tank (upper part of the device).

• Turn over the tank, unscrew the cover (follow the “WATER” arrow) and ll the tank with cold water. Never use hot water as it could create leakage.

• Screw back the cover clockwise.

• Replace the water tank on the device, using the oater as a guide. Tank lling Controls Humidier output By turning the variable output controller, you can adjust the humidier output as you wish.

• Off position : the unit is switched off

• On position : minimum output (sharp sound)

• Max position : maximum output Caution : while using the unit at maximum output, it can happen that the steam falls back and creates condensation around the unit which could be wrongly identied as a leak. In order to avoid that, reduce the output level and/or place the humidier near a heating source, on a furniture more than one meter height. MAX ~1 m

9• Check that the housing is not swamped.

• Do not use solvents or abrasive products when cleaning the device.

• The housing is made of ABS plastic, the use of essential oils is not recommended. Any damage following the use of essential oils will not be covered under warranty.

• Change the water in the tank at least once every 72 hours (in case of occasional usage) in order to avoid any bacteria growth. Caution Maintenance and storage Daily maintenance

• Before any operation, unplug the device.

• Empty the water from the tank and rinse off with clear water in order to remove any eventual scale deposit.

• Dry the tank with absorbent tissue. Weekly maintenance

• Fill the tank with 200 mL of water added with a 30 mL of white vinegar.

• Dry the ultrasonic plate, clean it with a soft brush and wipe it with a soft tissue HygroSmart

• Press once more to disable (the knob turns off)

The built-in night-light sublimates the design of GotaKid thanks to special treatment of its water tank. The soft colour will blends naturally into your interior decoration through the diffused light effect.

• Press to enable (the red knob lights).

• Clean as previously recommended with a white vinegar-based solution.

• Store in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging. Avoid high temperatures 30 m²
