What to do if the washing machine does not turn on?

Check that the appliance is properly plugged in and that the fuse has not blown. If the problem persists, unplug the appliance and contact customer service.

How to clean the pump filter?

Open the pump cover, remove the filter and rinse it with clean water. Put it back, making sure it is properly engaged. Refer to section 3.10 of the manual.

The drum makes an abnormal noise during spinning, what to do?

This may be due to an unbalanced load or an object stuck in the drum. Stop the cycle, open the door and redistribute the laundry evenly. If the noise persists, check the pump filter.

How to replace the door seal?

Follow the detailed instructions in section 3.7 of the manual. You will need a Torx T20 screwdriver and pliers. Be sure to unplug the appliance before any intervention.

The washing machine displays error code E:30, what does it mean?

Code E:30 indicates a drainage problem. Check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked and clean the pump filter. If the error persists, contact customer service.

Can I leave laundry in the machine after the program ends?

Yes, thanks to the Delay end function, laundry can remain in the drum for up to 12 hours without odor. However, it is recommended to remove it quickly to avoid wrinkles.

How to replace the drum light?

The procedure is described in section 3.9. Remove the control panel, take out the light holder, disconnect the connectors and replace the bulb. Use a Torx T20 screwdriver.

What to do if the water does not heat up?

Check that the selected program requires a high temperature and that the heating element is not defective. A continuity test can be performed by a professional.

The detergent drawer does not close properly, how to fix it?

Remove the drawer (section 3.3) and check that the handle is not broken. If necessary, replace the handle (section 3.4). Make sure the drawer is properly inserted into the rails.

How to activate child lock?

Press the Child lock button (usually a key combination) for 3 seconds until the symbol appears on the display. To deactivate, repeat the operation.

Remove tension ring from gasket with a plastic tool.

1. Release door seal from front panel.
2. Release cable connector from door lock.

1. Release screws on top of front panel (3).

1. Remove front panel.

2. Release all hose connections.

Tighten tension ring of boot gasket with 3,4 Nm.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
