Frequently Asked Questions - Aroma Prixton

How to set the time on the clock?

Press the clock button once to choose between 12HR/24HR using the + or - buttons. Press a second time, the digits flash: set the hour with + or -, confirm with the clock button. Set the minutes in the same way. For 12HR mode, check the PM indicator.

How to set the alarm?

Press the alarm button. The digits flash: set the hour then the minutes with + or -, confirm each time with the alarm button. To cancel, press and hold the alarm button for 2 seconds until --:-- is displayed. Before setting, ensure the correct clock mode (12/24h) and PM indicator.

How to connect the Bluetooth speaker?

Place the device within 1 meter of the phone. Enable Bluetooth on the phone, search for available devices, and select 'Aroma Connected Prixton'. Play your music. To stop, press the music button. Volume is adjusted on the phone.

What to do if the diffuser does not produce mist?

Check that the device is plugged in and turned on. Make sure the tank contains water (up to the Max line). If the problem persists, clean the ultrasonic plate with a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol.

How to clean the device?

Turn off and unplug the device. Fill the tank with two tablespoons of isopropyl alcohol (or citric acid, vinegar, lemon juice). Let it sit for 5 minutes, scrub the ultrasonic plate with a cotton swab, empty and wipe dry. Never immerse the device in water.

How much essential oil to add?

Add 5 to 6 drops of essential oils to the water in the tank before closing the lid. Do not exceed the Max line.

How to use the timer?

Turn the power and timer knob clockwise to choose: On (continuous), 1H, 3H, or 6H. The device will automatically turn off after the selected duration.

How to change the LED light colors?

Press the light button once to turn on the LED. Press a second time to fix a color. A third press turns off the light.

What does the PM indicator mean?

The PM indicator lights up in 12h clock mode when the time is afternoon (PM). For example, 1:30 PM lights the PM indicator. In 24h mode, the PM indicator is always off.

How to cancel the alarm?

Press and hold the alarm button for 2 seconds until the screen displays --:--. The alarm is then cancelled.

OPERATION STEPS

1. Put adapter into the jack of the product then put unit, on a flat and hard surface.

1. Remove the cover, pour water into the water tank. Do not exceed Max circle! Add 5-6 drops essential oils.

1. Close the inner cover and top cover.

2. Plug in and turn the unit on.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Power & Timer Button

1. Adjust knob clockwise to turn on/off mist, and set timer: On/1H/3H/6H

Note: "on" means continuous working mist

Light Buton & “-”

1st press to turn on LED light 2nd press fix one LED light color 3rd press turn off LED light

Music Button & "+"

1. Press music button to turn on/off music, and the music indicator will be on/off accordingly.
2. Place BT TM device within 3 feet of the speaker
3. Turn on TM device's bluetooth and search for available device and select "Aroma Connected Prixton"
4. Play your favorite tunes
5. Press music button to stop BT connection

Important for the Wireless connection

1. Music volume must be adjust on TM device, such as: Mobile phone
2. Keep the phone within 8 meters of the diffuser
3. Each time speaker can connect with one phone only. If speaker failed to conect "Aroma Connected Prixton" please check and make sure no other phone is connected.

Clock Button

1. First press clock button, 12HR/24HR appears on screen
2. Press "+'or "-" to select between 12HR/24HR clock
3. 2nd press clock button the digital number will flicker
4. Press "+'or"-" to adjust hour step by step/ Hold "+" or "-" for fast switching
5. Press clock button to confirm hour
6. Press "+" or "-" to adjust minute step by step/ or Hold "+" or "-" for fast switching.
7. Press clock button to finish clock setting

Note : Digital number only flicker 5 times, if don't confirm within 5 seconds. Unit will confirm current state

Import and for Alarm

1. Before setting the alarm, please check if the set time is the corresponding clock mode you want (12HR mode or 24HR mode)

If under the mode 24HR, the PM indicator always off.

If under the mode 12HR, before setting an alarm, please pay attention to the PM indicator.

When hour digital flicking to select AM or PM. Keep pressing + or - from "0-12 then recycle" until to see PM indicator on/off.

For example,

if set alarm 6:00 am, the PM indicator should be off If set alarm 6:00 pm, the PM indicator should be on

1. To cancel alarm. Press and hold alarm button 2 seconds until screen show --:--.

2. Check current alarm. Short press alarm button to check current alarm.

3. Alarm ring only ring one time and 30 seconds, press any button to turn off alarm.

4. If the mist and light is off, and you already set an alram.

when alarm ring, mist & LED light will start working automatically, but must make sure diffuser plug in and has water in water tank.

MAINTENANCE

1. After 3-4 days of use, follow below steps to clean the diffuser.

2. Before any cleaning operation, switch the unit off and unplug it.

3. Fill the water tank with two tablespoons of running alcohol (Isopropyl alcohol).

The alternatives are one tea spoon of citric acid (soure salt), apple cider/white vinegar or fresh lemon juice.

1. Let is sock for 5 minutes.

2. Take a Q-tip or soft cloth and lightly scrub the ultrasonic plate that in the center of water tank and around the tank

3. Pour out the cleaning solution.

4. Wipe the oil residue from around the tank with a soft cloth or paper towel.

- Do not clean the product with detergent.

-Keep try and clean when not in use to avoid bacteria and mildew(fungus).

- Never immerse the unit in water or let water enter the air outlet.

-Keep the unit out of the reach of children
