This product is only designed for use inside well insulated rooms or for occasional use
- Read the manual completely before using the product!
- Before using the fan heater, check whether the voltage indicated on the rang plate matches that of your mains supply!
- Do not pull the cable if you want to disconnect the plug from the power source. Always pull the plug itself!
- Never block the fan of the appliance. This could damage the appliance or result in a re or electric shock!
- Never block the air inlet of the fan heater!
- Disconnect the plug from the power source if the appliance is not being used! Do not leave the fan heater unaended!17English
- This appliance emits a lot of heat during operaon. Therefore, touch only the operat- ing controls. In case of doubt, use heat-resistant gloves.
- Keep ammable materials such as pillows, paper, clothing, curtains or other highly ammable objects away from the fan heater!
- This appliance is intended for person- al use only!
- Cauon! The fan heater is not suit- able to be used in conned areas if they are occupied by persons who are not able to leave the room or the vehicle by themselves.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision.18 English

- Never immerse it in water for clean- ing. Wipe the body with a dry cloth.
- Place the appliance at least 30 cm from other objects.

Before using the product, rst check that the delivered item is complete, accurate and undamaged.
1. Scope of delivery

Take the appliance out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Place the fan heater on a rm surface so that the lt protecon at the boom is not pressed. Then please put the On/O switch (4) at the rear of the fan heater to "OFF" (0) posion and connect the appliance to a normal 220-240 V AC mains socket. You can then put the On/O switch (4) to "ON" posion (1). - To start the appliance, press the " " buon on the control panel. The fan heater now starts to emit cold air.
- Press the " " buon to adjust the desired temperature. The heater will start heang if the set temperature is higher than the room temperature. If the current temperature is higher than the set temperature, the appliance only starts heang if the temperature falls below the set value.
- The symbol of the heat seng display (9) starts glowing. The fan heater has 2 heat sengs. Heat seng 2 is acve if two " " symbols are displayed.
- As an alternave to seng the temperature, you can directly press the heat seng buon " " and the fan heater heats connuously and does not stop when a certain temperature is reached.
- You can also manually set whether you want to acvate heat seng 2 or heat seng 1. Press the " " symbol on the control panel.
You can enable the mer funcon by pressing the " " buon. The currently congured me seng is displayed. You can select between 1 to 7 hours in incre- ments of 1 hour. Please refer to the following table for the respecve steps and the corresponding illuminated LEDs. In the event of pping over, the appliance switches o automacally due to the lt protecon. The fan heater can therefore only be placed on rm and at surfaces.
WARNING: The heater should not be covered to avoid overheang.
Overheang generally occurs only if one of the openings of the fan heater is cov- ered, blocked or clogged. This appliance has overheang protecon. The heater switches o automacally once the overheang temperature is reached. If the appliance is therefore turned o for this reason, disconnect the plug and wait for 30 minutes. You can then aempt to turn on the appliance once again. If this does not happen, please contact the customer service department. Aer the appliance it switched o, the fan connues to run for a while in the cooling phase in order to blow the warm air out of the appliance.
9. Cleaning and maintenance
Disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance. Do not use any aggressive or chemical cleaning agents. Use a dry, so cloth. En- sure that you do not touch the heater elements and hot surfaces when cleaning! You have to open the ap at the back to clean or replace the dust lter. Remove the dust lter, clean it and put the lter back.
10. Safety instrucons and disclaimer
Never try to open the appliance to repair or make modicaons. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The appliance is not ap- proved for outdoor use. Therefore please use it only in dry surroundings. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep the product away from high temper- atures. Do not expose the product to sudden changes in temperature or strong vibraons, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the product for any damage before using it. The product should not be used if it was subject to impact or has been damaged in some other manner. Please comply with the local regulaons and restricons. Do not use the product for purposes other than those described in the user manual. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally disabled persons. Any repair or modicaon to the appliance, which is not carried out by the original supplier, will void any warranty and guar- antee claims. The appliance should be used only by persons who have read and understood this user manual. The specicaons of the product may be changed without any special prior nocaon.27English
11. Disposal instrucons
In line with the European WEEE direcve, electrical and electronic products should not be disposed of along with domesc waste.
