Instruction Manual Thank you for choosing our product. We hope you will enjoy using the appliance. Symbols in this Instruction Manual Important safety information is explicitly marked. Please follow these instructions exactly in order to avoid injuries and damages to the appliance:

General Notes Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this appliance to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

• The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not t for commercial use.

• Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, hu- midity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands.

• When cleaning or malfunctioning, remove the connection cable from the on-board socket.

• Do not operate the appliance without supervision. Al- ways unplug the appliance when leaving the room.

• Regularly check the appliance and the connection cable for signs of damage. If damage is found the appliance may not be used.

• Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Always contact an authorized technician.

• Use only original spare parts.

• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

Do not store any explosive substances such as aerosol containers containing ammable propellant inside the appliance. CAUTION: Risk of overheating! Keep the ventilation slots free! If the heat generated by the operation is not properly dissipated, it can result in overheating and re.

• Do not place the appliance on or directly next to heat sources such as ovens, radiators, etc.

• If a power cord from this appliance becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord which is available from the manufac- turer or their customer service.KT3720_IM 07.09.18

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. CAUTION: This appliance is not designed to be immersed into water during cleaning. Please follow the instructions that we have included for you in the chapter on “Cleaning”. Intended Use The appliance is suitable for cooling pre-chilled food and drinks. It is intended for use in the household and in similar applications, such as:

• In personal kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other work areas;

• By guests in hotels, motels and other accommodation;

• In bed and breakfast accommodation;

• In motor vehicles. It is not intended for the following use:

1. Remove the appliance from the package.

2. Remove all packaging material such as lms, ller, cable

holders and cardboard.

3. Check the delivery contents for completeness.

4. Should the package contents be incomplete or damages

be found, do not take the appliance into operation. Take it immediately back to the dealer. NOTE: Dust or production residues can be located on the appli- ance. • Never place the appliance next to naked ames or other heat sources.

• The mobile use of the appliance is possible wherever there is an on-board 12 V power socket.

• The cooling duration depends on the ambient temper- ature.

• The appliance is not suitable for permanent operation. Electrical Connection Connect the connection cable to an on-board 12 V power socket. NOTE: Protect the battery of your motor vehicle. Only run the appliance in the motor vehicle while the engine is running. Terminating Operation There is no automatic shut-off. The appliance runs perma- nently as long as it is connected to a power source.

• Disconnect the connection cable from the on-board socket. Cleaning

• Do not immerse the appliance in water! It could result in an elec- tric shock or re. CAUTION:

1. Use a moist towel to clean the inside and the outside.

You may add a dishwashing liquid to the towel.

• We recommend to keep the appliance in the original packaging if it will not be used for long periods.

• Always store the appliance out of the reach of children in a dry, well ventilated place. Troubleshooting Problem Possible cause Solution The appliance is not working. No power supply. Check the connection to the on-board power socket. The fuse in the plug of the 12 V power cord is faulty. Replace the fuse. You can obtain one from a specialized dealer.
