Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into a product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage fluctuation or the modification or adjustment of any part of the appliance.
To protect against the risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions must be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:

- Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that the socket is correctly grounded. The outlet must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical codes according to EN.
- Never use the appliance if the power cord is damaged or if the appliance is broken, if you have dropped or otherwise damaged the appliance. All repairs, including cord replacements, must be carried out at a professional service centre! Do not remove the protective covers from the appliance; there is a risk of electric shock!
- Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors and in wet environment and do not touch the power cable or the appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
- Pay closer attention when using the appliance near children.
- The appliance should not be left unattended when in operation.
- When handling the cutting blades, especially when unloading the container and during cleaning, be careful because the blades are very sharp and can cause injury.

Do not use the device for any other purpose than the stated one.

Do not leave the appliance with the power cable plugged in unattended. Prior to maintenance, installation, assembly, disassembly or cleaning, unplug the power cord from the electric outlet. Do not remove the power cord from the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the power cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
- Do not use the appliance close to a source of heat, e.g. oven. Protect it against direct sunlight.
- Never cover the appliance during operation and do not use it close to flammable materials, e.g. curtains, etc.
- Never place materials such as paper, metal, cardboard, plastics, etc. into the machine.
- Never operate the appliance with an empty container and do not remove the lid until the blades come to a complete stop.
- Do not touch the moving parts.
- Do not attempt to start on the grinder without the lid attached.
- Always use the appliance on an even and stable surface.
- Do not allow the power cord to touch hot surfaces or run the cord over sharp edges.
- Use accessories only advised by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk losing the warranty.
- Always unplug from outlet immediately after use.
- Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual. Incorrect use may result in injury. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the improper use of this appliance.
- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its power supply out of reach of children. The appliance can be used by the physically and mentally impaired or by individuals with insufficient experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Do not immerse in water!

Children may not play with the packaging material. Do not let children play with the plastic bags. Risk of suffocation.

Notes
- Check, if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to that of your power supply.
- Prior to turning the grinder on, place the lid on the grinder.
- Do not try to pull the power cord by force, the cord is wrapped around the base at the bottom of the appliance.
- Do not remove the lid until the blades of the grinder come to a complete stop.
- Warning: Do not leave the grinder continuously running longer than 1 minute. This could cause overheating and subsequent shutdown of the grinder by the thermal fuse. If that happens, let the motor cool 10-15 minutes before you continue!
- Store the appliance out of reach of children.
Using the grinder
- Pour the coffee in the container of the grinder. Do not overfill the grinder. You can use the lid of the grinder as a measure, the maximum portion is approx. 13 of the lid.
- Put the lid on.
- Plug the power cord in the wall outlet.
- Hold the grinder with one hand and with the other press the power button. The fineness of the grind depends on the length of grinding. Do not grind too long to avoid burning the grind. The grinding takes about 15 seconds with maximum load.
- Release the power button.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall.
- Tap on the lid to release the ground coffee stuck to the lid. Then open the grinder.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Note: Unplug the power cord from the outlet prior to any handling!
- Clean the grinder container after every use. Never immerse the grinder in water or any other liquid and do not rinse it. You can wipe the appliance after unplugging it using moist cloth.
- Remove the lid of the appliance.
- Clean the container of the grinder using slightly moist cloth.
- Never use wet cloth for cleaning of the appliance.

USE AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE
Wrapping paper and corrugated paperboard – deliver to scrapyard. Packing foil, PE bags, plastic elements – throw into plastic recycling containers.

Disposal of electric and electronic equipment (valid in EU member countries and other European countries with an implemented recycling system)
