How to drain the compressor oil?
Switch off the motor and unplug the unit. Release the pressure, then unscrew the drain plug (ref. 15) under the pump. Collect the oil in a container. Replace the plug and refill through the opening (ref. 14) with SAE 15W/40 oil up to the MAX level on the sight glass.
How often should the air filter be cleaned?
The air filter must be cleaned at least every 100 hours of operation. A dirty filter reduces compressor power. To clean it, loosen the two bolts, remove the housing, tap it, and blow it out with low-pressure compressed air (about 3 bar).
How to adjust the outlet pressure?
Use the pressure regulator (ref. 7) to adjust the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge (ref. 6). The regulated pressure is available at the quick coupler (ref. 5). The pressure switch is factory preset: cut-in at 8 bar, cut-out at 10 bar.
What to do if the compressor does not start?
Check the power supply and fuses. If the thermal protection has tripped, let it cool down then manually reset (button on the pressure switch or motor terminal box). Make sure the ambient temperature is above +5°C and the mains voltage is correct.
How to drain condensed water from the tank?
Open the drain valve (ref. 11) at the bottom of the tank daily. The condensed water contains oil residues; dispose of it at an appropriate collection point.
