INTENDED USE The Venta Purier is a domestic appli- ance for cleansing the air in homes, o- ces and leisure facilities. The appliance is not suitable for outdoor areas. Any other use or modication of the ap- pliance is considered to be improper use. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage or injuries resulting from improper use. Using the appliance for something other than the intended purpose can endanger health and lives. This includes use under the following conditions: ∙ in rooms or locations where there is risk of explosion and/or where there is an aggressive atmosphere. ∙ in rooms where there is a high con- centration of solvents. ∙ in the vicinity of swimming pools or other wet areas. OVERVIEW 01 Unpack the appliance and set it up. Open the fragrance/lter compartment 3+7, remove the pre-lter 5+9, the VENTAcel lter 6+10 and unpack them. 02 Re-insert the VENTAcel lter 6+10 and pre-lter 5+9. 03 Close the fragrance/lter compartment 3+7. 04 Inserting the fragrance: Open the fragrance/lter compartment 3 or 7. Twist open the fragrance cap and insert it into the fragrance holder 4/8. Insert up to three fragrances into the fragrance holder 4+8. Close the fragrance/lter compartment 3/7. 05 The display 1 can be adjusted to three positions. 06 The power cable can be adjusted to the desired length by winding it up in the cable compartment 11 Attention! Make sure that the appliance is switched o and the power plug is disconnected. Attention! The coupling of the mains cable must be plugged rmly into the device! Please remove the protective foil for battery and remote control. Connect the power plug and switch on the appliance at the on/o switch 2 or with the remote control 12. Set fan stage

ON The appliance automatically regulates the fan stages depending on the air quality in the room. 7 Sleep mode OFF/ON Appliance reduces the fan stage to 1 and dims the display.

Note/Interval Actions A Filter Change Open the fragrance/lter compartment 3+7, remove the pre-lter 5+9. Remove the VENTAcel lter 6+10 and replace it. Re-assemble the device and touch the OK indicator in the display again and hold it for 3 seconds until it disappears. The lifespan of the VENTAcel lter is approx. 1 year (with 24/7 operation) and depends on the number of operating hours and the air quality in the room (a reminder will appear on the interactive display). B Recommendation: every 1–2 months or as required Open the fragrance/lter compartment 3+7, remove the pre-lter 5+9 and vacuum or rinse it o. Please note: the pre-lter must be completely dry before it is installed. Re-assemble the appliance. A B CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Attention! Make sure that the appliance is switched o and the power plug is disconnected. TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Solution Appliance does not function. Connect the power plug. VENTA FRAGRANCES Distinctive fragrances are specially developed and formulated for Venta Luft- wäscher GmbH. These fragrances are made of 100 % essential oils and scents inspired by nature. Application area: use only in the provided fragrance holder of the Airwasher/ Purier (LW60T WiFi, LW62 WiFi, LW62T WiFi, LP60 WiFi, LPH60 WiFi). Please adhere to the directions in the operating manual. Do not use force to open the Aroma Capsule. Waste disposal: you may dispose of depleted Aroma Capsules in your household waste. Shelf life: After opening, use within 20 days. Dosage: the intensity of the fragrance can be adjusted by turning the fragrance cap. DISPOSAL The symbol “crossed-out trash can” requires separate disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and of empty batteries. Such equipment may contain dangerous and environmentally hazardous sub- stances. These products should be disposed of at an appropriate collect- ing point for recycling electrical and electronic equipment and may not be dis- posed of with unsorted household waste. Do not dispose of empty batteries in household waste. Take them to special local collection sites. This way you can help to protect resources and the environment.
