ventilation, as this may cause electric shock, re or damage the heater. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner. Never use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance has malfunctioned or been damaged in any way. This device is lled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the Technical Support Service of Cecotec, who should be contacted if there is an oil leakage. Do not use this device in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Never attempt to open any part or dismantle the controls. Do not place the appliance immediately below a power socket. Do not turn the device upside-down during operation. The product’s surface will reach high temperatures during operation. Avoid skin from getting in contact with it and use the handle to move it. Any reparation that requires opening the oil tank must be carried out by a qualied person. Contact the ofcial Technical Support Service of Cecotec if leakage is detected. Follow the special regulations concerning the disposal of oil when the device is going to be disposed of. Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of re. Do not use any multiple sockets. Do not connect other high-power appliance to the same circuit. The appliance is not intended to be used by children under the age of 8. It can be used by children over the age of 8, as long as they are given continuous supervision. Note: This device has a safety switch which turns the electricity off as soon as the device falls over. The safety switch prevents dangerous situations caused by overheating. Switch the power switch to 0. Connect the device to a properly installed earthed socket. Switch the device on from the side switch. The device will beep, and all the LED indicators and the screen will light up on for 1 second. The device will automatically enter standby mode and the power LED indicator will be displayed on the screen. Fig. 4. Press the power button on the screen, the device will beep and the heater will enter high heating power level (P3). The device will show the room temperature. Press the power button again to switch to standby mode. Heating power levels During operation, press the mode button to select ºC or ºF. Hold down the mode button to enter heating settings. The display will show P3. Press repeatedly to select P3->P2->P1. P3: High heating power level P2: Medium heating power level P1: Low heating power level While the device is heating, press the “+” and “-“ buttons to set the desired temperature, from 10 ºC to 35 ºC. Thermostat When room temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater will automatically turn off. When the room temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater will turn automatically on again. After 5 seconds, the system will automatically exit the setting mode and the display will show the room temperature. Timer While the device is heating, press the timer button to enter the timer settings. The display will show “OH”. Press the “+” and “-“ buttons to set the desired operating time, from 1 to 9 hours. After 5 seconds, the system will automatically enter countdown, and the screen will display the room temperature. When the countdown gets to 0 and the set operating time is over, the device will automatically enter standby mode.

Remove all packaging elements. Check all parts of the appliance for visual damage. Unwind the power cord completely and inspect it for damage. If there are any signs, contact the ofcial Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Make sure you have read and understood all instructions and warnings in this instruction manual. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions on previous pages. Place the appliance on an even, heat-resistant surface.
Turn the heater upside down. Place the casters base assemblies between the end ns. Attach them to the heater using the U-bolts and wing nuts supplied. Tighten the wing nuts. Turn the heater the right way up. 7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), species that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of with the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately, in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation to dispose of the appliance correctly. Consumers must contact their local authorities or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.
8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual. The warranty will not cover the following situations: The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer. The product has been disassembled, modied, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the ofcial Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use. The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply. If at any moment you detect any problem with your product or have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact Cecotec Technical Support Service at +34 963 210 728. Note: When the heater has been set to turn off automatically, the current temperature and the remaining time will appear on the screen for 5 seconds alternating. After turning off the main power switch or cutting off the power supply, the set timer and temperature will be cleared. When the heater is tilted, the device will automatically stop operating, and the screen will display” EO”. If the heater is placed correctly again, press the power button to restart. The temperature display can reect the indoor temperature correctly after the heater is running for at least 20 minutes. If any error occurs, the screen will display “Ex”. Contact the Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always turn off, unplug and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product. Use a soft, dampened and clean cloth to clean the product’s outer housing. Be careful not to touch the heating elements. If the heater is not going to be operated for a long period of time, store it in a dry and safe place where it is protected from dust.
