Keep your children from using the cooker hood.
Your cooker hood is for domestic use only, not suitable for barbecue, roast shop and other commercial use.
Any installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
The cooker hood and its filter mesh should be cleaned regularly in order to keep in good working order.
Before cleaning, always ensure that you have switched your cooker hood off.
Clean the cooker hood according to the instruction manual and keep the cooker hood from the danger of burning.
No fire for drying your cooker hood.
If there is any fault with your cooker hood, please call the service department appointed by agent for servicing.
Please keep the room draughty when your cooker hood and gas hob are working.
Do not exhaust the gas from cooker hood through the same heated flue which is for the gas from gas hob and other kitchen appliances.
Before installation and usage, read all the instructions and make sure that the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) indicated on your cooker hood are exactly the same as the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) in your home.
In order to get the most out of your cooker hood, please read the instruction manual before installing & using, and keep it in a safe place.
CAUTION: Accessible parts may become hot when used with cooking appliances.
- Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Function and Feature

The cooker hood is made of high quality materials with streamlined design accordingly to technical and physical engineering theory, high end and luxury with age aesthetic feeling, also there are kinds of styles for your option to perfect your kitchen.
Equipped with a large power low noise electric motor and centrifugal leaf, it produces strong suction, low noise, non stick grease filter and easy to clean.
With the isolated low voltage circuit board control, 12vAC input, the lights are more concentrative and use is much safer.
The grease filter is easy to remove and clean, and only wipe lightly for the motor and other interior parts.
Special wind tunnel construction and oil collector design, avoiding redundant grease left in the flue.

Installation

1. The cooker hood should be placed at a distance of 65 - 75cm (26-30inch) from the cooking surface for the best effect. See Pic 1.
2. Install the hook on a suitable place once the installation height is fixed, and keep it in line. The fixed position of the inside chimney bracket is the place of chimney.
3. Fix the extensible tube on the hood, and put the cooker hood on the hook. See Pic 3.

1. Put the glass according to the lead direction and way on the cooker hood, and then use the screws to fix the glass, also lead the extensible pipe outside of the room, meanwhile adjust the height of the inside chimney to the position of the inside chimney bracket and fix on it by screw, here should be sure the inside chimney can be flexed freely. See Pic 4.

5.Install the chimney, and adjust the height of the inside chimney to the position of the inside chimney bracket, then fix on it by screw. After adjusting the position, fix the body with safty screw. See Pic 5.

Note: The two safty vents are positioned on the back casing, with diameter of 6mm

Note:

Any installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
- Do not connect the ducting system of the hood to any existing ventilation system which is being used for any other appliance, such as warmer tube, gas tube, hot wind tube.
The angle of the bend of the ventilation pipe should not be less than 120^ you must direct the pipe horizontally, or, alternatively, the pipe should go up from the initial point and should be led to an outer wall.
After the installation, make sure that the cooker hood is level to avoid grease collection at on end. See Pic. 6

a. Press the button "Low", the inner indicator light of switch starts shining, the motor is running at low speed. Press the button again, the motor stop.
b. Press the button "Mid", the inner indicator light of switch starts shining, the motor is running at medium speed. Press the button again, the motor stop.
b. Press the button "High", the inner indicator light of switch starts shining, the motor is running at high speed. Press the button again, the motor stop.
c. Press the button "Light", both lights start shining. Press the button again, the lights are switched off then

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Changing and cleaning the anti-grease filters

• Removing the filters as the instruction in Pic. 8;

• You can clean the filter as below measure:

• Soak them for about 3 minute in hot water (40-50 degrees) with a grease-loosening detergent then brush it gently with a soft brush. Please do not apply too much pressure, avoid damaging it.

• It can be put into a dishwasher with detergent, set the temperature at around 60 degrees.

• Please do not use abrasive detergent for it will damage the hood;
  Make sure that the hood is shut off before cleaning;

• Installing the charcoal filter, see Pic. 9;

• Remove the filters see Pic.8

• The charcoal filters (Pic.9) are located at both end of the motor. Turn the charcoal filters until they are unscrewed.
• Apply reverse procedure to uninstall the charcoal filter

Warning: the charcoal filer cannot be washed or recycled. It should be replaced after approximately 120 hours of use.

Changing the light bulb(halogen light)

Take the bracket and glass off and then take the broken light bulb off, See Pic 10 Fix the new light bulb, glass and bracket on.

Attention: Before changing the lights, ensure that the appliance is not live

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

Problem	Possible cause	Solution
The extractor fan ceases to function.	The kitchen hood feed cable is not connected to the network.There is no electrical current in the network.	Connect feed cable to the network Check that the network has electrical current.
Insufficient suction power.	Did not set to the right speed and/or air outlet being blocked.	If the kitchen hood is set up for recirculation, check that the charcoal filter is still effective.If the kitchen hood is set up for extraction, check that the ducting and outlets are not blocked.The kitchen is adequately vented to allow the entry of fresh air.
Hood has switched off during operation.	The safety cut-out device has been tripped.	Turn off the hood and then wait for the device to reset.If the hood has been installed below the heights indicated in the installation instructions, the motor will cut-out frequently which may damage the hood.
The lamps do not light up.	The lamps are burnt out.The lamps are loose.	Change the lamps.Tighten the lamps.
Oil leakage. One-	way valve and air ventilation entrance not tightly sealed.Leakage from the connection of U-shaped section and cover.	Seal with glue on the one-way valve.Seal with soap or paint on U-shaped section.
