USER MANUAL Gastro G200 BAMIX
The original bamix wand mixer has been a favourite for over 60 years in more than 12 million households, particularly because of its being versatile, handy to use and easy to clean.
Due to repeated demand from the catering trade we have decided to extend our sales programme with an appliance designed for professional use.
The powerful 200 watt motor and the longer shaft allow quantities of up to 20 litres to be processed.
For this you use the three attachments:
Multi-purpose minces and chops raw and cooked vegetables, blade cooked meat, vegetables in soups; crushes ice cubes and liquidizes frozen fruits. For all solids. Attention: The mincing blade has sharp edges. There is a risk of personal injury when handled improperly.
Beater whips egg-white, skimmed milk, cream, butter, custard. For blending and binding sauces and soups. For all light, frothy dishes.
Whisk for the preparation of mayonnaise, sauces, cocktails, pancake batter, milk shakes, salad dressings. For all dishes with a thick, creamy consistency.
Push the selected attachment vertically on to the shaft stub, so that the drive pin fits into the recess on the attachment.
For your safety.
Please read these instructions before switching on your appliance.
