  • To prevent freezer burn, always ensure that hands are protected when handling the bowl, especially when rst removed from the freezer.

Before plugging in

- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the electrical rang specied on the underside of the power unit.

Before using for the rst me

  1. Remove all of the packaging.

  2. Wash the parts: see "cleaning".

  3. Eight hours in advance, place the freezer bowl into a freezer.

  4. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe ideas). Allow the mix to cool in the refrigerator.

Do not It, gag the openings, seal the openings with preservaon membrane, inversion and so on. If the coolant cannot be successfully frozen, or unilateral frozen, the so ice cream will not be made successfully.

- When pouring mixture into the bowl, always stop at least from the top, as the mixture will increase in volume during freezing. 4 cm

  1. Allow the mixture to churn unl frozen or the desired consistency is reached. This can take up to 15 to 30 minutes, but most recipes will be ready in less me.

- Do not stop and start the machine during the freezing process, as the mixture may freeze in contact with the inner bowl and prevent movement of the paddle.

Important

- Do not use metal utensils to remove mix from the bowl.

• Do not remove the inner bowl from the freezer unl ready to make ice cream.

Hints

- We suggest that you keep the Inner bowl in the freezer so that it is ready for use. Place in a plasc bag before freezing. Freeze the bowl in the upright posion.

• Always make sure the inner bowl is thoroughly dry before placing in the freezer.

- Do not puncture or heat the Inner bowl

• The inner bowl should be placed in a freezer that is operating at a temperature of -

- 18^ Cengrade or below for 8 hours before use.

• For best results always refrigerate the ingredients before making ice cream.

• The addition of alcohol to recipes inhibits the freezing process.

Cleaning

• Always switch o, unplug and dismantle before cleaning.

- Never put the power unit in water or let the cord or plug get wet.

- Do not wash parts in the dishwasher.

• Do not clean with scouring powders, steel wool pads, or other abrasive materials.

Inner Bowl

  • Allow the inner bowl to reach room temperature before aempng to clean.
  • Wash the inside of the bowl, then dry thoroughly. Do not immerse in water.

Paddle

  • Remove the paddle from the power unit.
  • Wash then dry thoroughly.

Lid

- Wash the lid then dry thoroughly.

Power unit

- Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.

Outer Bowl

  • Pull out the outer bowl from the supporter.
  • Wash then dry thoroughly.

Supporter

- Wash then dry thoroughly.

Preparaon

  • To prepare ice cream mixture, follow the Recipes below.
  • Prepare 2 spoon hot water about 60 80 ,drop to the gelan one by one. sr unl the gelan has dissolve.
  • Mix the milk, Heavy cream, sugar and gelan, sr and make it mixing well.
  • Add the other ingredients: grated chocolate, juice, vanilla extract, etc, except alcoholic liquid.
  • Keep the mixture in the refrigerator to cool it in 10 15 before making ice cream.
  • Pour the mixture into inner bowl with the paddle running.
  • Add alcoholic liquid when the ice cream is almost achieved.

vanilla ice cream

ingredients:

vanilla extract 10 g

gelan 5 g

Milk 250 ml

Heavy cream 150 ml

Mix well the vanilla extract, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.

ingredients:

soluble coee 3 g

gelan 5 g

Milk 250 ml

Heavy cream 150 ml

Sugar 50 g

Mix well the soluble coee, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.

Black tea ice cream

Ingredients:

black tea 50 ml

gelan 5 g

Milk 200 ml

Heavy cream 150 ml

Sugar 50 g

Mix well the black tea, milk, heavy cream, Sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.

banana ice cream

ingredients:

Ripe banana 30 g

Gelan 5 g

Milk 300 ml

Heavy cream 150 ml

Sugar 50 g

Mash the banana unl smooth. Mix well the banana, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.

ingredients:

Grated chocolate 50 g

Gelan 5 g

Milk 250 ml

Sugar 50 gr

Heavy cream 150 ml
