- Read all of the instrucons carefully before use.
- Unplug the machine before ng, removing, or cleaning parts.
Children should not use this machine unsupervised. Do not let the cord hang down where a child could grab it. - Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or aer the appliance malfuncons, is dropped, or has been damaged in any manner.
- To protect against the risk of re, electric shock, or personal injury, do not place the cord, plug, or unit in water or other liquids.
- Never use an unauthorized aachment.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other utensils away during operaon to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the machine.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Never leave the machine on unaended.
- Do not let children play with this machine.
- Only use the machine for its intended domesc use.
Always make sure everything is thoroughly clean before making ice cream or sorbet. - Never freeze ice cream that has been fully or parallly defrosted.
- Any ice cream or sorbet containing raw ingredients should be consumed within one week. Ice cream tastes best when fresh.
- Ice cream or sorbet that contains raw or parallly cooked eggs should not be given to young children, pregnant women, the elderly or people who are generally unwell.
- To prevent freezer burn, always ensure that hands are protected when handling the bowl, especially when rst removed from the freezer.
- If the freezing soluon appears to be leaking from the bowl, disconnue use. The freezing soluon is non toxic.
- Do not place the machine on hot surfaces such as stoves, hotplates or near open gas flames.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
- mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
- instrucon concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Before plugging in
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the electrical rang specied on the underside of the power unit.
Before using for the rst me
- Remove all of the packaging.
- Wash the parts: see "cleaning".
- Eight hours in advance, place the freezer bowl into a freezer.
- Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe ideas). Allow the mix to cool in the refrigerator.
To use your ice cream maker
- Power unit
- On/o knob
- Push of Locking device
- Filling hole
- Paddle
- Blender
- Inner bowl
- Outer bowl
- Outlet pedestal unit
- Support
- Cord and plug
- Lid
- Put the inner bowl into refrigerator And freeze more than 8 hours.


Do not lt, gag the openings, seal the openings with preservaon membrane, inversion and so on. If the coolant cannot be successfully frozen, or unilateral frozen, the so ice cream will not be made successfully.
- Install the outer bowl on the support as the picture below.

- Take out the inner bowl from the refrigerator, and install it into the outer bowl as the picture below

- Please wear gloves or use a dry cloth when installaon. Furthermore, please don't touch the inner tank.

Installaon cauously and slowly.
Make sure that the inner bowl is correctly installed on the out bowl. -
Install correctly the paddle with the blender into the inner bowl.

- Install the lid onto the out bowl.

- Fit the power unit into the lid.

- Fit the outlet pedestal unit onto the outer bowl.

- You can now switch the ice cream maker on using the on/o knob switch.

- Use the chute and pour the ice cream or sorbet mix into the freezer bowl.

When pouring mixture into the bowl, always stop at least from the top, as the mixture will increase in volume during freezing. 4 cm
-
Allow the mixture to churn unl frozen or the desired consistency is reached. This can take up to 15 to 30 minutes, but most recipes will be ready in less me.

Do not stop and start the machine during the freezing process, as the mixture may freeze in contact with the inner bowl and prevent movement of the paddle.

In the unlikely event of the motor overheang, a safety cut out will operate causing the motor to stop. If this happens, switch o, unplug the machine and allow the power unit to cool.

Extrude the so ice cream by pressing the level of o down.

Switch o, remove the power unit/lid. The ice cream is ready to serve.

The ice cream produced should be a soft spoon able type. This can be transferred to a separate container for storage in the freezer or if you wish to rm the ice cream before eang.
Important
- Do not use metal utensils to remove mix from the bowl.
- Do not remove the inner bowl from the freezer until ready to make ice cream.
Hints
- We suggest that you keep the Inner bowl in the freezer so that it is ready for use. Place in a plasc bag before freezing. Freeze the bowl in the upright posion.
Always make sure the inner bowl is thoroughly dry before placing in the freezer. - Do not puncture or heat the Inner bowl
The inner bowl should be placed in a freezer that is operang at a temperature of -
18° Cengrade or below for 8 hours before use. - For best results always refrigerate the ingredients before making ice cream.
- The addition of alcohol to recipes inhibits the freezing process.
Cleaning
Always switch o, unplug and dismantle before cleaning.
- Never put the power unit in water or let the cord or plug get wet.
- Do not wash parts in the dishwasher.
- Do not clean with scouring powders, steel wool pads, or other abrasive materials.
Inner Bowl
- Allow the inner bowl to reach room temperature before aempng to clean.
- Wash the inside of the bowl, then dry thoroughly. Do not immerse in water.
Paddle
- Remove the paddle from the power unit.
- Wash then dry thoroughly.
Lid
- Wash the lid then dry thoroughly.
Power unit
- Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.
Outer Bowl
- Pull out the outer bowl from the supporter.
- Wash then dry thoroughly.
Supporter
- Wash then dry thoroughly.
Preparaon
- To prepare ice cream mixture, follow the Recipes below.
- Prepare 2 spoon hot water about 60 80 ,drop to the gelan one by one. sr unl the gelan has dissolve.
- Mix the milk, Heavy cream, sugar and gelan, sr and make it mixing well.
- Add the other ingredients: grated chocolate, juice, vanilla extract, etc, except alcoholic liquid.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator to cool it in 10 15 before making ice cream.
- Pour the mixture into inner bowl with the paddle running.
- Add alcoholic liquid when the ice cream is almost achieved.

vanilla ice cream
ingredients:
vanilla extract 10g
gelan 5g
Milk 250 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50g
Mix well the vanilla extract, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
coee ice cream
ingredients:
soluble coee 3g
gelan 5g
Milk 250 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50g
Mix well the soluble coee, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
Black tea ice cream
Ingredients:
black tea 50 ml
gelan 5g
Milk 200 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50g
Mix well the black tea, milk, heavy cream, Sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
banana ice cream
ingredients:
Ripe banana 30g
Gelan 5g
Milk 300 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50g
Mash the banana unl smooth. Mix well the banana, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.
chocolate ice cream
ingredients:
Grated chocolate 50g
Gelan 5g
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 50 gr
Heavy cream 150 ml
Mix well the milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. When the mixture starts to freeze add the grated chocolate down the chute. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
strawberry ice cream
ingredients:
strawberry /strawberry juice 50g
gelan 5g
Milk 200 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50g
Mash the strawberry and Itrate, mix well the strawberry juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
lemon ice cream
ingredients:
lemon /lemon juice 50 ml
gelan 5g
Milk 200 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml

Mash the lemon and Itrate, mix well the lemon juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelan. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze unl the desired consistency is achieved.
