USER MANUAL Comfortcook 99206 TREBS
1. Safety device for opening and closing-It will make sure it can’t be pressed when the lid
and body can’t match well and it can’t be opened when there is pressure inside it.
2. Pressure control safety device-In the course of using, when the pressure higher than that
the preset pressure ,the power will cut off automatically to make sure the pressure is stable can be used in safety state.
3. Pressure-limiting safety device-When the temperature and pressure controller don’t
work anymore and exceed the maximum pressure, the pressure-limiting safety device starts working, and venting valve will exhaust automatically.
4. Anti-blockage It can prevent the food from clogging and make sure the air will be drained
5. Pressure relieving safety device-There is elastic structural support at the bottom of the
heating plate. When all the above safety devices don’t work, and also the pressure in the inner pot comes up to the maximum pressure, the inner pot will move down automatically to be away from the gallbladder, and the air will be exhausted from the edge of the lid, so that it will not cause explosion.
6. Temperature-limiting safety device-When there is nothing in the inner pot during the
improper using and the temperature is higher than the presetting temperature ,the power will cut off automatically and also it can restore automatically when the temperature goes down.
7. Over temperature safety device-When the inner temperature comes up to the maximum
temperature, it will cut off the power automatically and can’t restore any more.C. Components NameDisplay - F1 “rice”: pre-programmed to 10 minutes pressure time for cooking e.g. rice. As soon as the water boils the time of 10:00 min on the display will count down. - F2/3 “soup”: pre-programmed to 25 minutes pressure time for cooking e.g. soup. As soon as the water boils, will the time 25:00 min on the display will count down. - F4 “stew”: pre-programmed to 30 minutes pressure time for cooking dishes. As soon as the water boils, will the time 30:00 min on the display will count down. - F5 “meat”: pre-programmed to 20 minute pressure time for cooking e.g. meat, chicken or poultry. As soon as the water boils, will the time 20:00 min on the display will count down. - F6 “fish”: pre-programmed to 5 minutes pressure time for cooking e.g. fish. As soon as the water boils, will the time 5:00 min on the display will count down. - Time setting: alternative programming of the pressure cooker. Press the “Time setting” button. Then press “+” or “-“ to set the time. You can set up to 24 hours (cooking will begin at the set time). Select the menu on the basis of the food that you want to cook. - -/+: Set the desired time (in minutes). - Timer: press the “Timer” button to manually set the pressure time. - Cancel warming: After the set pressure time has elapsed the pressure cooker will automatically keep the food warm. The display will show a “B” with a time. This is the length of time for which the food is kept warm. Press the “Cancel warming” button to switch the device off. D. Operation Guide

up to 4/5 of the height of the inner pan. The total amount of the food which is easy to swell(such as beans)can’t exceed 1/5 of the height of the inner pan. Don’t use the inner pot to rinse the rice in order to avoid the abrasiveness.(see picture5.6.7)

In cooking, he quantity of the meal which the cooker (4L,5L,6L) can accommodate is 6cups,8cups,10cups and 12cups respectively, and the proportion rate between the water and meal is 1:1.When making the porridge, the proportion rate between the water and meal is 8:1.And of course you can adjust the proportion rate of the water and meal according to your preference and cooking experiences.
4. Before putting the inner pan into the inner cover, please clean the bottom plate and the
heating plate, and make sure there is nothing on the surface .Make a few of rotation of inner pan to make sure that it can match the heating plate very well.(see picture8.9)

5. Close the lid. Before closing, please check the gallbladder has been already put in the
inner pot and also rotate slightly the gallbladder support cover with hand to make sure it is evenly put on the steel ring . Then take hold of the handle and turn the lid anti-clockwise to close the lid until you hear “click”.
6. Put the exhaust valve on the full sealed position, and check if the float valve has been
down or not.(see picture10.11)
7. Switch on the power, it will show “----”.
8. Set the parameter and start heating.
Set the pre-set time, (if you don’t want to preset the time in advance, so this step is needless), press “time setting” button , and this button will be on light, and press the “+”or “-”to set the time. The longest time you can preset is 24 hours (after presetting the time, then it begins heating). Please select the menu according to the food you want to cook. a. Press the “Function select” button to choose the menu on the control panel, you can choose F1”rice”, F2/3”soup/sauce , F4 “stew”, F5 “chicken/meat”, F6 “fish”.b. When the food in pot was heated to the working pressure and into the pressure-keeping state: If you choose the menu on the control panel, it shows “F0:00”(For example ,selecting “cooking”: it shows “F1:10”, “F1”is the code for cooking, “10” is the pressure-keeping time), Meanwhile the pressure-keeping light is on. If you choose the “pressure-keeping/time-setting” function, it shows “00:10”(when it into the working state ,“00”will change into the moving “10”to scan. Press the “+-” can adjust to the pressure-keeping time that you needed. Please refer to “COOKING GUIDE” for details (see picture12). The displayer shows “60:00”when it finishes the process of pressure keeping, and it rings 3 times ,it will enters into warm-keeping state when finish cooking. 9. Open the lid and take out of the food. When the warm-keeping light is flashing,
then you can take out of the food .Please move the pressure limitation valve to the position of exhausting, until the float valve is down. Grip the lid handle, clockwise rotation to the position of open lid, then reveal up the lid and you can take out the food. *When cooking the spoon meat(porridge, viscous pill),it should be cooled down naturally until the float valve is down, then can release the air. Also the wet towel can be put on the lid to accelerate the cooling. *Users can adjust the time suitably in accordance with food, personal preference and cooking experience. *When finish cooking the soup and porridge, the float valve is down and then it is ready to be opened. The soup and porridge will be more delicious if you keep them heating up and boiling for3-5 minutes with the lid open. E. Clean and Maintenance1. Before cleaning, please switch off the power.
2. Then take out the inner pan and lid, and firstly use the household detergent for cleaning,
and then clean water, at last use the dry cloth to wipe out the water.
3. The following parts should be included when cleaning: seal ring, pressure-limiting valve,
anti-blockage lid, releasing pipe and float valve. *Cleaning of Seal ring: Hands clutching the edge of seal ring to pull upward, after cleaning, press down the seal ring towards the edge of supporting lid, take the seal ring to targeting the middle of the lid steel ring then press down: check if the round very easily, then can use it. Please note that it can’t be put contrarily.(see picture15.16) (Picture15) (Picture16) *Cleaning of anti-blockage cover: Pull out the anti-blockage cover upward, and then press it down after cleaning.(see picture17.18) (Picture17) (Picture18)
*Cleaning of float valve: Move slightly the float valve core up and down with hand, also remove the food particles in the small ring of the float valve and cleanthem with water.(see picture19) *Cleaning of exhaust valve: Lift up the exhaust valve, and clean it with water, then place it back to the exhaust valve holder.(see picture20)4. Every time after using ,please dump away the water stored in the water collecting box, and then clean it with water, install back the box after wiping away the water spot.
5. Please don’t use water to clean the body of the cooker machine directly.
6. Please don’t use the metal wire or thick materials to wash the inner pan in order to avoid
the abrasion of nonstick coat of the inner pan.
7. Please wipe well the machine and keep it in a dry place when it isn’t used.

1. When moving, don’t touch the handle directly in order to avoid the drop-out of the lid.
2. Please use our products in strict accordance with the stipulations started in our manual.
And don’t put the cooker near the flammable materials or in the wet place.
3. Please use it carefully and don’t damage the seal ring which can’t be replaced by other
rubber ring, and also cannot use the drag washer to increase the sealing performance.
4. Please close the ld well before using, or if there is any serious consequence rising from
this, we don’t undertake any responsibility.
5. Please clean the anti-blockage cover regularly, and keep the exhaust value and float

7. Please don’t put any weight on the exhaust value which can’t be substituted with any
8. Don’t use the wipe cloth to clog the margin between the lid and inner cover.
9. There is nonstick coat in the inner pot, so please try to use wooden or plastic spoon in
order to avoid abrasion. The inner pot can’t be put on the other kitchen range for heating and also it can’t be replaced by other vessels.
10. When the exhaust value works, please keep your hand and face away from it and don’t
touch the lid to prevent from scalding.
11. The cooker is not suitable for children and disables to use, and keep children away from
it in the course of using.
12. In case of any abnormal condition, please switch off the power immediately, and contact
with us for assistance . Don’t disassembly the cooker by yourself, and can’t use the other electronic components for replacement. We don’t take any responsibilities for the serious consequence resulting from this.
13. If the wire is out of service, please replace it with the special one or contact with us for
