If you like to bake, you regularly come across recipes that contain cups, tablespoons and teaspoons, then the easiest way is to buy a set of measuring spoons and a measuring cup with cup indication. Below is a list that makes it easy to apply the correct amount of ingredients. Below you will find 2 recipes for making the bubble waffles with the Trebs Bubble Waffle Iron, model 99361. More variation and toppings of the bubble waffles can be found in the manual below.

Recipe 1 Ingredients - 1 cupcake flower - ½ cup cane sugar - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp neutral oil - Pinch of vanilla extract - 2 large eggs - 1/3 cup water Instructions Put everything in a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix with a whisk until it is smooth. Warm up the device. Then spray it with cooking oil and let it warm up for another minute. Pour the dough (half) over the iron. Divide the dough evenly. Bake the waffles for 3 to 5 minutes. If you want dark waffles, bake them for 1,5-1 min. extra. Do not open the iron for the first 90 seconds while baking. Remove the waffle with a spatula and place it on a baking rack or plate to get cold. (Use a chopstick or spatula to loosen the waffle, start at the top edge and gravity will do the rest. The waffle will start to curl while it fails and you should be able to get it out in its entirety (with the exception of perhaps the very first waffle). Repeat with the remaining batter (re-grease the machine first) and then serve immediately as you wish. Recipe 2 Ingredients - 6 egg white, beaten to stiff in peaks - 3 egg yolks - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 6 tbsp butter, melted - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 3/4 cup milk - 1/2 ts cinnamon powder - 1/8 ts salt - 1/2 ts baking powder - 1/4 cup cake flower Instructions Beat the 6 egg white at high speed until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, butter, vanilla and milk together into a smooth mixture in a large bowl. Add the cinnamon, salt and baking powder and mix together. Finally add the flour and mix until there are no more lumps. Pour half of the egg whites into the mixture, mix well together and then gradually mix the remaining egg whites into the mixture. Let the machine preheat. Fill it with a little less than a cup of batter and spread out the batter so that everything is covered. Close the lid and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the waffle from the device when lightly browned. The longer you bake the waffle, the crisper it will be. Use a spatula to loosen the waffle, start at the top and gravity will do the rest. The waffle begins to bend as it falls out, and you should be able to pull it out in its entirety (except maybe the first waffle). The longer you bake the waffles, the crispier they get.20
