SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Merchandise for household use only.
No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel, a short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may be used with care, however, the marked electrical rang should be at least as great as the electrical rang of this appliance. The extension cord should not be allowed to drape over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
USING THE BUBBLE WAFFLE MAKER
- When using for the rst me, wipe the surface of the platens with a damp cloth and dry with a cloth, ssue etc. Then smear the plate with buer, margarine or cooking fat.
- Insert the plug into the wall socket, the red light will come on.
- Close the lid and prepare the llings or mixer while the bubble wae maker is preheang. Please remember always to preheat the appliance before use for about 5 minutes.
- When the Bubble Wale Maker has reached its highest temperature, the green light will come on too.
- Fully open the Wafe Maker, put the prepared llings into the boom plate and press the lid. NOTE: during the heang progress, the green light will cycle on and o while the thermostat keeps the wae at the right temperature.
- It will take about 8-12 minutes to prepare the bubble waes. After the required cooking me, carefully li the lid to see if further cooking is required. If further browning is required, close the lid and cook for about 2 minutes.
- When the Bubble waes are ready, remove the waes using a plasc or wooden spatula. Never use metal knife as this may damage the non-sck coang.
- Close the lid to preserve the heat until the appliance is ready to make the next Bubble Wafe. Prepare further Waes if required whilst the one is cooking.
- If you need to take a short break, close the lid to maintain maximum heat. A hot wae appliance produces the best results. Waes may tend to sick as the appliance cools down. When you return to baking, waes will bake much faster because extra heat has been allowed to build up.
- Aer using the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket.
Cauon: The waes will be hot. Take care when removing them from the appliance.
NOTES FOR THE BEST BAKING RESULTS
- Do not open the wae during the rst 90 seconds of baking.
- Do not aempt to remove waes from the plate until they are completely cooked.
- Sr wae baer just unl large lumps disappear. Do not over-mix.
- And extra crispy wae may be made by rst beang the egg yolks, blending with our & other ingredients, and then gently folding sy beaten egg whites into the baer.
CLEANING AND STORING THE APPLIANCE
- Aer use and before cleaning, remove the plug and wait for the item to cool down.
- Wipe the inside and the edges of the plate with kitchen roll. Absorbent paper toweling or a so cloth.
- Should any ling be difficult to remove, pour a lile cooking oil onto the plate and wipe o aer 5 minutes when the lling is soened.
- Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease enter the cooking slots.
- Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the nish.
- Always unplug the appliance before storage.
- Always make sure the appliance is cool and dry before string.
- To minimize storage space in your kitchen, the appliance can be stored vercally.

If you like to bake, you regularly come across recipes that contain cups, tablespoons and teaspoons, then the easiest way is to buy a set of measuring spoons and a measuring cup with cup indicacn.
Below is a list that makes it easy to apply the correct amount of ingredients.
Below you will nd 2 recipes for making the bubble waes with the Trebs Bubble Wae Iron, model 99361. More variaon and toppings of the bubble waes can be found in the manual below.
Recipe 1
Ingredients
- 1 cupcake ower
- 12 cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp neutral oil
- Pinch of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup water
Instrucons
- Put everything in a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix with a whisk unl it is smooth.
- Warm up the device. Then spray it with cooking oil and let it warm up for another minute.
- Pour the dough (half) over the iron. Divide the dough evenly. Bake the waes for 3 to 5 minutes. If you want dark waes, bake them for 1,5-1 min. extra. Do not open the iron for the rst 90 seconds while baking.
- Remove the wae with a spatula and place it on a baking rack or plate to get cold. (Use a chopsck or spatula to loosen the wae, start at the top edge and gravity will do the rest. The wae will start to curl while it fails and you should be able to get it out in its enrety (with the exception of perhaps the very rst wae).
- Repeat with the remaining baer (re-grease the machine rst) and then serve immediately as you wish.
Recipe 2
Ingredients
- 6 egg white, beaten to s in peaks
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp buer, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 ts cinnamon powder
- 1/8 ts salt
- 1/2 ts baking powder
Instrucons
- Beat the 6 egg white at high speed unl s peaks are formed. Set aside.
- Beat the egg yolks, sugar, buer, vanilla and milk together into a smooth mixture in a large bowl. Add the cinnamon, salt and baking powder and mix together. Finally add the our and mix unl there are no more lumps.
- Pour half of the egg whites into the mixture, mix well together and then gradually mix the remaining egg whites into the mixture.
- Let the machine preheat. Fill it with a lile less than a cup of baer and spread out the baer so that everything is covered. Close the lid and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the wae from the device when lightly browned. The longer you bake the wae, the crisper it will be.
Use a spatula to loosen the wae, start at the top and gravity will do the rest. The wae begins to bend as it falls out, and you should be able to pull it out in its enrety (except maybe the rst wae). The longer you bake the waes, the crispier they get.

Waes can be sweet or savory. If cooked properly, they have a crunchy outer crust and a light and uy inside. The really fun thing about waes is that their nooks and crannies which get lled with all of the delicious toppings that get added.
There are lots of popular toppings like syrup that everyone knows about, but there are a lot of other toppings that taste really good even though people might not think so.
So here is a list of wae toppings, some popular, some not so much. Some are sweet, some are savory and some are a lile of both. There are surprises on this list, but all of them are prey good.

| Cinnamon Sugar and Buer | Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of a buer covered wae. |
| Flavored Powdered Sugar Glaze | Sr powdered sugar with a lile bit of water and avoring and drizzle over wae. |
| Chopped Candy Bars | Chop up a favorite candy bar and sprinkle some on top. |
| Maple Buer | Use one to two tablespoons on top. |
| Pie Filling | Spoon two to three tablespoons of pie lling on top. |
| Almond Buer | A nice substitute for people who can't eat peanut buer. |
| Pudding | Two to three tablespoons |
| Yogurt | Two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Nutella | Two to three tablespoons of this chocolate hazelnut spread. |
| Lemon Curd | Two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Jam | Two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Fruit Coulis | This fruit sauce is a cross between jam and syrup and is made with fresh fruit. |
| Melted Candy Coang | Dip part of the wae into candy coang, wait for it to set. |
| Vanilla Sauce | Pour two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Caramel | Pour two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Fruit Salsa | Two to three tablespoons on top. |
| Hot Fudge Sauce | One to two tablespoons on top. |
| Bananas Foster | Prepare the banana fosters and then put them on a wae. |
| Chopped Nuts | Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the toasted wae. |
| Streusel | Mix together some oats, brown sugar and cinnamon for a quick streusel topping. |
