To Xbox To Controller Use to connnect Headset Connector Cable to controller. Press to mute game audio. LED will illuminate when muted. Press the Mic Mute button down to mute the microphone so others cannot hear you. LED will illuminate when muted. Press to activate Selectable Voice Monitoring (SVM). SVM allows the user to hear his/ her voice through the headset. LED will illuminate when active. Headset port. Use to adjust the volume of the voices of other players. Use to adjust the volume of game audio. Game Audio Mute Mic Mute Game Volume SVM On / Off Chat Volume To Headset[6] Ensure that TV/Monitor and Xbox 360 are powered OFF. Connect the AV cable* to the console. Connect the USB Cable to a USB port on the Xbox 360. Connect the RCA connection cable to the Xbox 360 AV Cable. Be sure to connect the Headset Connector Cable in the proper order:

1 - Connect Headset Connector Cable to the Headset Connector Port on the in-line controller.

2 - Connect puck side of Headset Connector Cable into Xbox 360-compatible controller.

XBOX LIVE Troubleshooting: If others cannot hear you:

• Make sure the Mic Mute button, located on in-line controller, is not illuminated.

• Make sure the Mic is fully inserted into headset.

• Make sure the Headset Connector Cable is plugged in properly. If you cannot hear others:

• Press the Xbox Guide Button when a game is loaded, and go to Personal Settings >Voice. Ensure that “Headset only” is selected.

• Make sure the Headset Connector Cable is plugged in properly.

Ensure both HDMI-compliant TV/Monitor and Xbox 360 gaming system are powered OFF. Note: The Analog Audio Adapter (hereafter AAA) will work with ANY HDMI-equipped Xbox 360. Insert AAA into the AV port on the Xbox 360. Connect the USB Cable to a USB port on the Xbox 360. Connect the RCA connection cable to the AAA. Be sure to connect the Headset Connector Cable in the proper order:

1 - Connect Headset Connector Cable to the Headset Connector Port on the in-line controller.

2 - Connect puck side of Headset Connector Cable into Xbox 360-compatible controller.

Troubleshooting: I don’t have any audio when connecting in analog mode.

• There is no setting in the Xbox that can turn off analog output, so it is always on. Check the following: 1. Ensure the Xbox 360 is powered ON, and that audio is playing. When on the dashboard, and when not navigating, only silence is emitted on all audio channels.

2. Ensure all analog connections are secure.

3. Ensure that your audio device is powered ON, and the volume levels are set.

Troubleshooting: If others cannot hear you:

• Make sure the Mic Mute button, located on in-line controller, is not illuminated.

• Make sure the Mic is fully inserted into headset.

• Make sure the Headset Connector Cable is plugged in properly. If you cannot hear others:

WARRANTY Connect the 3.5mm plug to the 3.5mm jack on your device. Troubleshooting: The plug won’t fit in my mp3 phone.

• Not all phones that have 3.5mm jacks will be compatible with this headset. I hear music playing at a very low volume, and if I pull the plug out partially, the headset works normally.

• Your audio device does not have a jack that is compatible with 4-contact 3.5mm plugs. Adapters (sold separately) can resolve this.
