Frequently Asked Questions - Mavic Pro 4K DJI

How to start the motors of the Mavic Pro?
Perform a combined stick command (both sticks down and inward) to start the motors. Release the sticks once the motors are spinning.
What is the maximum range of the remote controller?
The maximum range is 7 km (FCC) and 4 km (CE) in an open area without interference. Use OcuSync technology for long-range transmission.
How to use TapFly mode?
In the DJI GO app, tap the TapFly icon, then touch the screen where you want the drone to go. The drone will automatically fly to that point while avoiding obstacles.
What to do in case of signal loss?
The drone automatically triggers Return to Home (RTH) if the signal is lost for more than a few seconds. Ensure you have set a sufficient RTH altitude before flight.
How to update the firmware of the Mavic Pro?
Connect the drone to the DJI GO app via the remote controller or Wi-Fi. The app will notify you if an update is available. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
Which memory cards are compatible?
