How to use the blender with this mixer?

Place the food in a suitable container. Attach the blender to the motor unit while holding both locking buttons. Plug in, set the speed, then immerse the blender in the food and press the on or turbo button. Unplug before removing the accessory.

How to use the chopper bowl?

Place the bowl on a flat surface. Insert the S-shaped blade onto the central axis (be careful of the blades). Add food without exceeding the max mark. Close the lid by aligning the tabs and turn until it clicks. Attach the motor unit, plug in, choose the speed, and press on or turbo.

What is the maximum power of the appliance?

The rated power is 850 W, and the maximum power reaches 1350 W.

Can I blend hot foods?

No, let hot foods cool below 80°C before blending to avoid splashing. Use minimum speed initially.

What to do if the appliance does not work?

Important Safeguards

• The manufacturer is not responsible for any failures arising from the use of this product in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety standards.
• This appliance is a versatile device intended for cooking food in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use outlined in this user manual. Failure to follow product instructions may result in damage that will not be covered by the warranty. Manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences of improper use.

• Before installing the appliance, ensure that its voltage corresponds with the supply voltage in your home (refer to specifications on the appliance rating plate or technical data).
• When using the extension cord, ensure that its voltage is the same as specified on the appliance. Using different voltage may result in a fire or other accident, causing device damage or short circuit.
• Always unplug the unit after use, before cleaning, or moving. Never handle the plug with wet hands. Do not pull power cord to disconnect from outlet; instead, grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
• Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces or sharp edges. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter. Do not bend, twist, stretch, or bind power cord by force.

NOTE: damaged cord may cause a shock, fire, or lead to a failure that will not be covered by the warranty. If the cable is damaged or requires replacing, contact an authorized service centre only to avoid all risks.

- Do not operate the unit on soft or unstable surfaces.

• Be very careful with S-shaped blade, it is extremely sharp.
• Never touch moving parts while appliance is in use.
• Do not operate the appliance outdoors, to prevent damages that could be caused by foreign liquids or bodies. Failure to do so may cause appliance failure or malfunction.
  • Always unplug the unit and let it cool down before cleaning. Follow cleaning and maintenance guidelines when cleaning the appliance.

Carefully remove the unit and its accessories from the packaging. Dispose of all packaging materials and promotional stickers.

Keep all warning labels and serial number identification label located on the housing. The absence of the serial number will deprive you of your warranty benefits!

Unwind the power cord. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Wash removable parts with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before connecting the appliance to an electrical outlet.

After the appliance transportation or storage at low temperature keep it at room temperature for at least two hours before plugging in.

• Do not fill the food vessel more than 2/3 full to prevent splattering.
• When using the whisk or the blending attachment first place the attachment into food and then press the Power or Turbo mode button. Always release the button before removing the hand blender from the vessel.
• Start operating at low speed and gradually increase it by rotating the speed control knob on the handle. The control knob has a dial: select optimal operating speed by rotating the speed control knob.
• To process at the maximum speed (when blending tough ingredients or for the final whipping stage) press and hold down the Turbo mode button.

Do not immerse the blender above the joint between the motor unit and the attachment.

• Defrost, de-bone, clean, and cut meat into 1-1.5 cm cubes before processing.
- Remove the pits and cut fruits and berries into pieces before processing.
- Do not use the hand blender to mash potatoes.
- Remove the pot from the stove top and let it cool down before processing hot foods. Do not process foods or liquids at a temperature higher than 80°C. Start processing at low speed to avoid splatter.

Do not use the blender to process coffee beans, ice cubes, sugar, grain, beans, and other tough foods.

- Do not use the chopper bowl for blending or whisking. The central pin at the bottom of the chopper bowl can damage the attachment. Use the beaker provided with the appliance.

To operate the blender / masher (for RHB-2925-E)

1. Fill the beaker or a similar vessel with food.
2. Press and hold two buttons on the motor unit simultaneously. Connect the blender/masher attachment to the motor unit and turn in the counterclockwise direction until it clicks into place.
3. Plug in the appliance. Select the required speed setting.
4. Hold the vessel steady and place the blender/masher attachment in the food. Press and hold down the Power button. When processing raw vegetables, fruits, and other hard foods turn the speed control knob to increase the speed or press and hold down the Turbo mode button.
5. Blend foods using circular up-and-down motion.
6. After the use unplug the appliance. Press and hold two buttons on the motor unit simultaneously and gently disconnect the attachment.
7. Clean the appliance in accordance with the table A1.

To operate the whisk (for RHB-2925-E)

1. Fill the beaker or a similar vessel with food.
2. Insert the whisk attachment to the gear box until it clicks into place.
3. Press and hold both attachment fixation buttons simultaneously. Connect the whisk attachment to the motor unit and turn in the counterclockwise direction until it clicks into place.
4. Plug in the appliance. Turn the speed control knob in the counterclockwise direction to set 1 (minimum speed).
5. Hold the vessel steady and place the whisk attachment in food. Press and hold down the Power button. Turn the speed control knob clockwise to increase the speed if necessary (from 1 to 5). For whisking at a maximum speed press and hold down the Turbo mode button.
6. Whisk foods using clockwise circular motion.
7. After the use unplug the appliance. Press and hold the attachment fixation buttons simultaneously and gently disconnect the whisk attachment.
8. Clean the appliance in accordance with the table A1.

To operate the chopper

1. Place the chopper bowl on a flat and stable surface.

1. Fit the S-shaped blade on the central pin at the bottom of the chopper bowl. Note: the blade is very sharp, handle with caution! Always hold the blade by the plastic collar.
2. Fill the bowl with food. Do not fill above the maximum fill mark. Follow the procedures outlined in "General Guidelines" section.
3. Fit the lid onto the bowl, aligning the crosspiece of the plastic collar with the corresponding notches in the centre of the lid. Align the projections on the sides of the lid with the corresponding notches on the bowl edges. Gently press the lid down and rotate in the clockwise direction until it clicks into place.
4. Press and hold both fixation buttons simultaneously and connect the motor unit with the fixation hole on the bowl lid.
5. Plug in the appliance. Select the speed setting: harder foods require higher chopping speed. Turn the speed control knob in the clockwise direction to increase the speed.
6. Steadily holding the vessel with one hand press and hold down the Power or Turbo mode button. Use Turbo mode for meat and other tough foods.
7. After the use unplug the appliance. Press and hold both fixation buttons simultaneously and disconnect the motor unit.
8. Remove the S-shaped blade holding it by the plastic collar.
9. Clean the appliance in accordance with the table A1.

III. BEFORE CONTACTING SERVICE CENTRE

Problem Possible causes and solutions
Appliance does not work	Power cord is not connected to an electrical outlet, voltage failure in electrical outlet. Connect power cord to an electrical network. Connect the appliance to properly working electrical outlet.
Strong vibration occurs during operation	Food pieces are too large. Cut food into smaller pieces.
Plastic smell during use	Appliance is overheated. Reduce continuous operation time. Increase intervals between switching.
	Appliance is new; the smell is coming from protective cover. Thoroughly clean the appliance (ref. table A1). The smell will disappear after few uses.

IV. PRODUCT WARRANTY

We warrant this product to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If the appliance fails to operate properly within the warranty

period and is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty comes into force only in case an original warranty service coupon with a serial article number and an accurate impress of the company of the seller proves the purchase date. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by the failure to use this product for its normal purpose or in accordance with the instructions on the proper use and maintenance of the product or any kind of repair works. Do not try to disassemble the device and keep all package contents. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the device and its parts (filters, bulbs, ceramic and Teflon coating, gaskets etc.).

Service life and the applicable product warranty period start on the date of purchase or the date of manufacture (if the purchase date cannot be established).

You can determine manufacture date by serial number, located on the identification label on the housing of the device. The serial number consists of 13 digits. 6th and 7th digits of the serial number identify the month, 8th digit the year of manufacture.

Service life of the product, established by the manufacturer is 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the unit is used and maintained in accordance with the user manual and applicable technical standards.

The packaging, user manual, and the device itself may not be treated as household waste. Instead, it shall be taken to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
