Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may explode. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries (alkaline). Dispos of batteries in accordance with local regulations. Keep batteries away from children.

7. Programming and Deleting the Fingerprint Record

In the initial state any finger can open the safe, so program the fingerprints immediately. You can record up to 100 fingerprints.

Note: To enhance the identification rate for fingerprints, we suggest programming the same finger in 3 different angles as shown in the picture [4].

When programming the fingerprints, we suggest programming two or more different fingers of each hand in case your fingers or hands are injured. We do not recommend using your little finger.

To program the fingerprint record, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the door and press the green button [E]. The red indicator will flash and the fingerprint reader is ready to read the input.
  2. Put and hold your finger on the reader [A] within 5 seconds. Fully touch the fingerprint reader and keep your finger still.

Your fingerprint is recorded successfully when the display shows OK.

  1. If the reading fails, repeat the first two steps.

To delete the fingerprint record, proceed as follows:

  • Open the door and press the red button [D] 3 times (interval between two pressing actions must be within 5 seconds).

When the display shows OK, all fingerprints have been deleted. The safe will return to the original status.

Important: at this time, any finger can open the safe.

8. Use

Opening the Safe

  1. Press the [B] button. The red indicator will flash.
  2. Put your finger onto the fingerprint reader [A] within 5 seconds. If the fingerprint is recognised, the door opens.

Tips to improve fingerprint reading:

Use only clean fingers.
- Keep the fingerprint reader clean and free from grease and moisture.
- Fully touch the fingerprint reader and keep your finger still.
- Avoid very strong light on the fingerprint reader.

Closing the Safe

  1. Shut the door.
  2. Press the [B] button to bolt the door.
