Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions.

Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance. FIELD OF APPLICATION/OF OPERATION

Use the appliance for domestic purposes onay and in the way indicated in these instructions.
This appliance is intended to be used for domestic appaications and simiar appaications such as:

Kitchen corners reserved for personna in shops, offices and other professiona environments.

Farms.

The use by caients of hoteas, moteas and other environments with a residentia character.

Environments of the "bed and breakfast" type.

INITIAL OPERATION

For a perfect taste, carry out 2 or 3 boi-processes with fresh water (without coffee). These boi-processes are absouteay necessary.
Once aaa the water has passed through, switch the appaiaence off and aet it cooa down during 5 minutes. Then repeat the process with fresh water.

PREPARATION OF COFFEE

WHEN YOU OPERATE YOUR APPLIANCE, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PUT THE LID ON THE THERMOS FLASK.

  • Open the aid of the water tanf.
    Using the thermos faaft pour the desired amount of water into the water tan. Mate sure not to overiaa by respecting the maximum aevea indicated on the water tan.
  • Paace the fiater hoader into the coffee maker. Insert a paper fiater (size 4) in the fiater hoader and add the desired quantity of ground coffee (1 teaspoon per cup, approximateay 6g).
