Slicing, shredding and pureeing discs are changeable, have a rectangular shape with one-sided blades (separate for thick and thin slicing and pureeing).

Preparation for operation, start-up and operation
Wash the parts that have contact with the processed food before initial use.

OPERATING THE FOOD PROCESSOR

1 Place the motor of the food processor on a hard, flat, and dry surface.
2 Unwind a sufficient length of the cord. The remaining cord can be stored in the housing. Put the remaining cord in the housing through the opening in the back of the housing.
3 Place the work bowl on the motor so that the triangu-lar flange on the bottom of the container fits the tri-angular protrusion of the motor.
1 Take off the blade casing
2 Put the white food processor blade into the container.
3 Put the ingredients into the container.
4 Put the lid on. Place the lid's hook in the container's flange opening and lower the lid.
5 Press the lid in the marked spot until you hear a click. The lid's protrusion should be placed in the opening of the housing.
- Plug in the appliance.
6 Turn the control head and set the appropriate operation speed (see table at the end of this instruction manual).
1 Install the selected slicing disc on the disc stem. Put the slicing disc on the tang, place the hooks under the edge of the disc stem and push until the hooks snap shut.
2 Holding the middle tang, put the disc stem with the slicing disc in the container.
3 Put the lid on. Place the lid's hook in the container's flange opening and lower the lid.
4 Press the lid in the marked spot until you hear a click. The lid's protrusion should be placed in the opening of the housing.
5 Plug in the appliance.
6 Turn the control head and set the appropriate operation speed (see table at the end of this instruction manual).
During operation, the pusher should be in the feed chute. It prevents food from spattering and splashing.

Operation tips
- The food processor grinds ingredients very fast. Turn on the appliance only for a short period of time. This way the ingredients will not be excessively grinded. Do not grind large pieces using the food processor blade. Cut the ingredients to approximately 3 cm cubes before putting them into the container.
- Do not allow the food processor to operate too long while grinding cheese, butter, margarine. Such products may heat and melt.
- If the ingredients stick to the blade or the sides of the container turn off the appliance, take off the lid and remove the ingredients from the blade and the sides of the container (using the spatula).
- Grinding hard ingredients such as coffee beans, nutmeg and ice cubes may affect the condition of the blade.
Slicing discs
- In order to receive uniform round slices put wide vegetables into the larger feed tube and the thin ones into the smaller feed tube – separately into the smaller feed tube and a couple of pieces at a time into the larger one.
- You will receive regular slices without torn edges when the appliance is switched off while filling the feed tube. To do that you can use the "PULSE" function.
- Soft and juicy vegetables should be cut at lower speed, hard vegetables at a faster one.
You can cut 0.8 - 1kg of fruit or vegetables at a time to completely fill the container.

Shredding discs
- You can fill the feed tube during operation.
- While shredding you can use all available gears. Use lower gears for soft fruits and vegetables and higher gears for harder ones.
You can cut 0.8 - 1kg of fruit or vegetables at a time to completely fill the container.

Pureeing disc
- You can fill the feed tube during operation.
- After pureeing approximately 0.5 kg of ingredients stop the appliance and remove the pulp from the lid.
French fry slicing disc
- Fill the feed tube during operation.
Operate the appliance using the "PULSE" function.
You can cut 1 kg of potatoes at a time to completely fill the container.

After operation

1 Set the switch to "0" position.
- Unplug the appliance.
2 After the appliance has completely stopped, open the lid.
3 Take out the used tool and empty the container.
Washing, cleaning and maintenance
- Wash the parts of the food processor that contact the processed food thoroughly in warm water with dishwashing liquid after each use to prevent food rests from drying. All accessories, except for metal pieces, can be dishwashed (max. temp. 60°C).
- Mixing warm water with dishwashing liquid makes the cleaning of the mixing cup easier.
- Wipe the housing of the motor with a damp cloth with dishwashing liquid.
- Use a dish brush to remove dirt from crevices or corners.
• Dry all parts thoroughly after washing.
● Always keep the cutting blade in the housing.
Recommended speed and operation time
The operation times are approximate. The actual operation time depends on the quality and quantity of the ingredients and the desired level of mixing or grinding.
FOOD PROCESSOR - FOOD PROCESSOR BLADE
* Yeast dough
Note: Dough prepared according to the above recipe is very watery and cannot be formed in a ball; it sticks to the hand and the sides of the container. Its consistency does not resemble one of a typical yeast dough; it cannot be formed or rolled. While preparing a yeast pie according to the above recipe the dough should be transferred to the tin right after mixing the ingredients (kneading the dough). After baking you will receive a tasty, spongy, well risen sweet yeast bun.
