1. Radio frequency exposure

SHARP GX-BT290 WIRELESS BLUETOOTH” SPEAKER SYSTEM is a radio transmitter and receiver. When in operation it communicates with a Bluetooth® equipped mobile device by receiving and transmiting radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields (microwaves) in the frequency range 2.4 to 2.48 GHz. This product is designed to operate in compliance with the RF exposure guidelines and limits set by national authorities and international health agencies when using compatible mobile phone.

2. Battery information

& e_Arechargeable battery has a long service life if treated properly. & +_A new battery or one that has not been used for a long period of time could have reduced capacity the first few times it is used. Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, never above 104°F (40°C) or below 23°F (-5°C). For maximum battery capacity, use the battery at room temperature. + lfthe battery is used in low temperatures, the battery capacity will be reduced e_ The battery can only be charged in temperatures between 41°F (5°C) and 104°F (40°C). + RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. Bluetooth Operation (# Bluetooth pairing ] [= Reconnect/ Timeout ] To pair your Bluetooth audio device to your Bluetooth Speaker for the first time, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your Bluetooth audio

source is held within three meters of your speaker. . Press and hold the — button on your speaker to power it on. The LED light will blink blue to indicate that you have entered_pairing status. . Go to the Bluetooth Manager of your Bluetooth audio source. Please refer to the Users Manual of your Bluetooth audio source for more information. . Search Bluetooth devices and select *GX-BT290 SHARP” . Once paired, the blue LED light will be solid and you can use your speaker to listen to audio from your Bluetooth sound source. . Press and hold button to disconnect the Bluetooth from the device After the unit has paired and connected, it will reconnect automatically when the unit is powered on and device in range. Bluetooth time out: 10 minutes. Notes: The operation range between this unit and a Bluetooth device is approximately 10 meters (without any object between the Bluetooth device and the unit). Before you connect a Bluetooth device to this unit, ensure you know the device's capabilities. General control (continued) (# TWS - Dual speaker mode (# Hands-free function ) Two units of GX-BT290 can pair wirelessiy and play music in stereo.

1. Connect one end of the included

TYPE-C Charging Cable to the Charging Port on your speaker. Then plug the other end of the USB Charging Cable into a suitable USB port on your computer, notebook or power bank to recharge your speakers _intemal _ rechargeable battery.

2. When charging, a red LED light will

illuminate to indicate that the unit is charging.
