Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LANAFORM "Summer Night". Its handle and rechargeable battery mean the essential oil diffuser can be used wherever you like. Its battery life of 2 to 7 hours guarantees you long moments

of relaxation whether indoors or outdoors, courtesy of its lamp function with 7 levels of light intensity.

Summer Night also comes with the "Peaceful Night" synergy of essential oils * 100% organic. Its combination of lemongrass, lavender, geranium, cloves and eucalyptus is specially designed to repel mosquitoes on hot summer evenings.

• The Summer Night synergy of essential oils is designed only for diffusion use only. Read this manual and the section on essential oils carefully before use.

Please read all the instructions before using your diffuser, especially these basic safety guidelines.

Safety precautions

General precautions
Read the following precautions carefully before using the Summer Night Diffuser. Lanaform cannot be held liable in the event of accidental damage

resulting from any use contrary to the instructions given in these instructions for use.

This device can be used by children aged 8 years and over and by those with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions on how to use the device safely and they understand the risks involved. Children must not be allowed to play with the device. Children must not clean

or maintain the device without supervision. Use this device only for its intended purpose, as described in these instructions for use. Always place the device on a hard, flat and level surface. Always keep it away from walls and heat sources such as stoves, radiators, etc. If it is not placed on a horizontal surface, it may not work properly. When the product is working, please do not remove the cover (1) or move the diffuser. When filling the tank (2), please make sure you

do not exceed the maximum water level (12). Use distilled water if possible. Do not leave the device in the sun for a long period of time. If you want to add water or essential oils, please turn off the product first. Check that the device is turned off before picking it up by the handle (10). Do not shake the diffuser. Do not connect or disconnect the USB cable with wet hands. Do not dismantle the device entirely.

Maintenance precautions

If the USB cable is damaged, it must be replaced with a similar cable (USB-C). Use a USB adapter with a current of at least 2.0A. If the current is lower, the product will charge more slowly. Do not lift the cover (1) when the device is on. If you notice a suspicious smell or sound, switch the device off immediately and consult the "Troubleshooting" section of these instructions for use.

Do not immerse the top of the device (known as the cover) (1) in water. Do not use any chemical products, corrosive detergents or bleach to clean the device. When cleaning or maintaining the device, make sure it is switched off and unplugged. When you are not using the product for a long period, keep the water tank (2) empty.

Precautions for use of essential oils

Do not use essential oils that are not recommended for diffusion. Before using essential oils, please check the harmful effects that use of these products may have on your health. Do not use perfume or synthetic essences as these could damage the device. First, pour water into the tank (2) up to the "max" level (12) before adding drops of essential oils. Always choose high-quality essential oils that are

pure, 100% natural and intended for diffusion. Use them in moderation and with care. Follow the instructions and warnings stated on the packaging of the essential oils.

Precautions for Peaceful Night essential oil

Peaceful Night essential oil is intended for diffusion only. It must not be used on the skin or taken orally. Do not use essential oils in the presence of a child under 3 or

anyone who has asthma. Essential oils should only be used for periods not exceeding 10 minutes in a baby's room (baby under 3 years old) and only when the baby is not actually in the room. Just a few drops (3 to 4 drops at most to 10ml of water) of essential oils are sufficient to ensure that the device works properly and the scent is being diffused. Excessive use of essential oils could damage the device. Never use essential oils continuously and not for

more than 10 minutes every half hour. Keep this synergy of essential oils out of the reach of children. Use this product and keep it away from any flames or sources of sparks or ignition. Do not smoke in areas where the product is being used. Never inject essential oils intravenously. Children (under 3), pregnant or lactating women, people with epilepsy, people suffering from asthma or allergies and those with heart problems or serious illnesses should not use

essential oils. For any prolonged use or if in doubt about the doses to be used, consult your doctor or an aromatherapy specialist. Make sure you close the cap securely after each use. Keep this oil away from direct exposure to light and heat sources in its original packaging.

Unpacking

Please open the packaging carefully before use. Check whether all the accessories are present and whether any components have been damaged

during transport and follow the installation and operating instructions in this manual. In the event of any damage or malfunction, please contact the reseller or Lanaform directly. In the event of any complaint, you will need the model of the device, serial number, date of purchase, your contact details and your address.

Ensure that the packing film does not come into the hands of children! There could be a risk of suffocation!

Instructions for use

Notes

Make sure the diffuser is always placed on a hard, flat and horizontal surface.
Make sure the device is clean before starting to use it.
- Lanaform Peaceful Night essential oil is for diffusion use only. It adds a touch of fragrance and repels mosquitoes.
It is a synergy of 100% pure and natural essential oils.

Essential oils must be used with care because they are highly concentrated. Please read these instructions carefully before use.

01 Charge the battery. When using it for the first time, the charging time is ± 5 hours.

02 Unscrew the cover(1).
03 Pour distilled water into the tank (2) and do not exceed the maximum level (12).
04 Put 3 or 4 drops of essential oil into the tank (2).
05 Screw the cover (1) back onto the tank(2).
06 Press the mist button (5) to switch on the diffuser. When using it for the first time, long press the mist button (5) to unlock it (it is locked at the factory as a safety measure) and turn it on.
07 Press the light button (4) to switch on the diffuser light. You can choose the intensity of the light (7 intensities are available)

by pressing the "light +" and "light -" buttons again and again.

Notes

• When filling the tank, please make sure you do not exceed the maximum water level (12).
• If the water level in the tank (2) is too high, the product locks and an orange LED light flashes continuously. An alarm sounds as well. Drain the overflow of water and press and hold the mist button (5) for at least 5 seconds to unlock it.
• When there is not enough water in the tank (2), the mist turns off and an orange LED light flashes quickly for 10 seconds.

3 or 4 drops of essential oil are enough. Excessive use of essential oils could damage the device.
- When the product is working, please do not remove or move the cover (1) or move it.
If you want to add water or essential oils, please turn off the product first.

Mist button (+ Silent mode) (5)

01 Press once for continuous mist mode;
02 Press a second time for intermittent mist mode (15 seconds on/15 seconds off);

03 Press a third time to stop the mist.

① Keep the button pressed for 5 seconds to switch to silent mode. Silent mode disables the sound of the keys but the device still works.

Light button (+ Control lock) (4)

01 Press once to turn on the light;
02 Press a second time to turn off the light.

Keep the button pressed for 5 seconds to lock/unlock the current state.

Light " + " button (6)

When the light is on, press the "+" button (6)to increase the intensity of the light.

Light"-"button(7)

When the light is on, press the " - " button (7) to decrease the intensity of the light.

LED meanings (3)

• White, not flashing: the battery is fully charged.
• White, flashing: the product is charging.
• Orange, not flashing: the battery is sufficiently charged.
• Orange, flashing: the battery is not charged enough.

• Orange, flashing rapidly (10 seconds): there is not enough water in the diffuser tank (2).

• Orange, continuously flashing rapidly: the water level in the tank (2) is too high.

Audible alarm

Intermittent alarm: When the diffuser emits a repeated audible alert: the water level in the tank (2) is too high.

Cleaning and maintenance

Please clean the water tank (2) regularly. Water can be used to clean it. Please use the cleaning brush to get rid of essential oil residue. Then use a soft cloth to dry it or dry it naturally in the open air.

If the water contains too much calcium and magnesium, it may deposit a "white powder" in the device. If this foam is deposited on the transducer, it will prevent the device from working properly. We recommend cleaning the device every other day.

Please note

• Do not lift the cover (1) when the device is on. If you notice a suspicious smell or sound, switch the device off immediately and consult the "Troubleshooting" section of these instructions for use.

• Do not immerse the top of the device (known as the cover) (1) in water.

• Do not use any chemical products, corrosive detergents or bleach to clean the device.

• When cleaning or maintaining the device, make sure it is switched off and unplugged.
• When you are not using the product for a long period, keep the water tank (2) empty.

Storage

Having cleaned and dried the device, store it in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children.

Breakdowns and solutions

If you start the device but it does not work, please check the following points.

The light does not work	The built-in lithium battery is not charged	Recharge the battery with the USB-C cable. Use a USB adapter with a current of at least 2.0A. If the current is lower, the product will charge more slowly.
	The control panel is locked. The buttons all seem to be unresponsive.	Press the light button (4) for 5 seconds to unlock the control panel.
The mist does not work	There is not enough water in the tank (2)	Fill the water tank (2) up to the maximum level (12)
	There is too much water in the tank (2)	If there is more than 120 ml of water in the tank (if the water exceeds the maximum level) (12), drain the overflow of water.
	Is the cover (1) properly closed?	Close the cover properly (1).
	If there is too much essential oil	Clean the tank (2)
	The control panel is locked. The buttons all seem to be unresponsive.	Press the light button (4) for 5 seconds to unlock the control panel.
Water leak	Is the cover (1) properly closed?	If the cover (1) is not properly closed, drops of condensation may flow out of the diffuser.

Advice regarding the disposal of waste

All the packaging is composed of materials that pose no hazard for the environment and which can be disposed of

at your local sorting centre to be used as secondary raw materials. The cardboard may be disposed of in a paper recycling bin. The packaging film must be taken to your local sorting and recycling centre.

When you have finished using the device, please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way and in accordance with the law.

Limited warranty

Lanaform guarantees this product against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase, except in the circumstances described below.

The Lanaform guarantee does not cover damage caused as a result of normal wear to this product. In addition, the guarantee covering this Lanaform product does not cover damage caused by abusive or inappropriate or incorrect use, accidents, the use of unauthorized accessories, changes made to the product or any other circumstance, of whatever sort, that is outside Lanaform's control.

Lanaform may not be held liable for any type of circumstantial, indirect or specific damage.

All implicit guarantees relating to thesuitability of the product are limited toa period of two years from the initial

date of purchase as long as a copy of the proof of purchase can be supplied.

On receipt, Lanaform will repair or replace your appliance at its discretion and will return it to you. The guarantee is only valid through Lanaform's Service Centre. Any attempt to maintain this product by a person other than Lanaform's Service Centre will render this guarantee void.
