INTENDED USE The hood was developed exclusively for domestic use to eliminate cooking vapours.
The hood, which is equipped with a grease filter and an odour filter, removes vapours forming over a stove top via an air circulation or an air exhaust system.

SAFETY INFORMATION Risk of electric shock due to entering liquid!
The device contains electrical components. ZZMake sure that no liquid enters the interior of the device. ZZDo not use pressurised steam to clean the device. ZZDo not use a wet cloth to clean the operating elements.

The hood can not support heavy loads. ZZDo not climb, stand or sit on the hood. ZZDo not place heavy objects on the hood. Children and persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities, or with limited experience or knowledge, may not use or clean the device, except they are supervised and instructed by a person responsible for their safety. Children under 8 years may not use or clean the device even if supervised. This device is not a toy. ZZKeep children away from the device and the packaging material. Risk of burns due to hot surfaces!
Accessible metallic parts of the hood may become very hot when used with cooking appliances, that emit great amounts of heat (e.g. gas hobs). ZZDo not touch hot surfaces. ZZBe careful when opening or closing the fold-out panel. ZZWear heat-resistant gloves.

Fire hazard and risk of injury due to open flame!
Deposits in the grease filter may catch fire. ZZDo not use open flames near the device (e.g. flambéing). ZZAlways clean or change all filters at the specified intervals. When using deep fat fryers, overheated oil can burst into flames. ZZContinuously monitor fryers during use. Risk of eye injury due to LED light! The LED light is very bright and may damage the eyes. OPERATION Locking and unlocking the keys of the operating panel
Toggling the intensive setting
The intensive extraction mode is recommended if the vapours and fumes occasionally become excessive.
XXBriefly press i . Activates the intensive extraction mode, even with the motor off, for 6 minutes and then return to the speed used previously. Display: displays «HI» and a point flashing once per second at the bottom right.
Main lighting XXBriefly press . Turns the lighting on/off at the last intensity used Secondary lighting XXLong press . Increase or decrease the intensity of the lighting.
Extraction start XXBriefly press . Turns on the extraction motor at the last speed used. Display: shows the speed adjustment. Extraction level Low speeds are recommended for low heat cooking and for sauces, simmering, etc. Intermediate speeds are recommended for medium to fast cooking, grilling and frying. High speeds are recommended for cooking that creates a lot fat and vapour. XXIncreases the speed of the extraction motor . XXReduces the speed of the extraction motor. .

XXBriefly press i . Deactivates the intensive extraction mode, return to the speed used previously. XX6 minutes after activation, return to the speed used previously.
Ventilation mode 24 h
This function allows you to remove all the unpleasant and persistent smells in your room by renewing the air. Switching on XXBriefly press 24 . Motor off or on: switches the motor on for 10 minutes every hour at an extraction speed of 100m3/h for 24h. Display: Displays «24» and a flashing point at the bottom right, while the motor is running. Once the procedure is completed: the signalling of the previously viewed display turns off.

This function allows you to temporarily continue filtering and extracting residual smoke after the cooking has stopped.
Displays «FG» which signals the need to wash the grease filters every 100 hours of operation.

Filter saturation alarm

CLEANING AND CARE Replacing washable odour filters

Washable odour filter
