How to change the vacuum cleaner dust bag?

To change the bag, follow the steps illustrated in the manual (figures 15-17). Open the cover, remove the full bag, insert a new original BOSCH bag, and close the cover. The change indicator warns you when the bag is full.

How to clean the motor protection filter?

The motor protection filter is cleaned following figures 18-20 of the manual. Remove the filter, tap it or wash it with water if necessary, let it dry completely before reinserting it. Never use the appliance without this filter.

How to clean the exhaust air filter?

The exhaust air filter is cleaned according to figures 21-26. Remove the filter, clean it with clean water, dry it well, then put it back. A dirty filter reduces performance.

What to do if suction power decreases?

Check if the bag is full, if a filter is dirty, or if the tube, hose or brush are clogged. Change the bag, clean the filters, or remove any blockages. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

What to do if the power cord is damaged?

If the cord is damaged, unplug the appliance immediately. Do not use it. The cord replacement must be carried out only by the manufacturer, its customer service, or a qualified person to avoid any hazard.

Can I vacuum liquids with this vacuum cleaner?

No, this vacuum cleaner is designed only for dry dust. Never vacuum liquids, as this would damage the appliance and pose a risk of electric shock.

Can I use non-original accessories?

It is recommended to use only original BOSCH parts and accessories. Using third-party accessories may damage the appliance and void the warranty.

How to use the parking position?

The parking position (mark 6) allows you to store the vacuum cleaner upright, for example during a break. Place the brush in the designated holder. This prevents putting the vacuum on the floor.

What to do in case of a clog in the tube or hose?

Disassemble the tube and hose, check for a blockage. Remove the obstruction by pulling it out manually or with a blunt object. Reassemble the parts. Also check the brush.

How to store the vacuum cleaner after use?

After use, turn off the appliance and unplug it. Automatically rewind the cord by gently pulling the plug. Place the vacuum in storage position (mark 11) or parking. Store it in a dry place.

How to use the attachments
