How to install the print driver on Windows?

Download the driver from the Konica Minolta website or use the supplied CD. Launch the installation and follow the on-screen instructions. For a network connection, select 'Network Printer' and enter the printer's IP address.

How to replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge by pulling on the handle. Unpack the new cartridge, remove the protective tapes, insert it by sliding it until it clicks. Close the cover. The printer will perform an initialization.

What types of paper can I use?

The printer accepts plain paper, recycled paper, labels, envelopes, transparencies, light cardboard (up to 216 g/m²). The multipurpose tray accepts sizes up to 35.4 inches long (banners).

How to print double-sided automatically?

The automatic duplexer is optional. If installed, in the print settings, select 'Duplex' or 'Double-sided', then choose the binding mode (long edge or short edge). The printer automatically flips the paper.

How to configure the printer on a wireless network?

The PagePro 4650EN does not have built-in Wi-Fi. Connect it via an Ethernet cable to your router. Assign a fixed IP address via the control panel (Menu > Network > TCP/IP) or use DHCP.

What does the 'Toner Empty' message on the screen mean?

The toner cartridge is nearly empty. Replace it as soon as possible. You can continue printing a few pages, but the quality may degrade. The replacement cartridge (black) is available in two capacities: 10,000 or 18,000 pages.

How to print a PDF file directly from a USB flash drive?

Insert the USB flash drive into the host USB port on the front. On the screen, select 'Print from USB' and choose the file (PDF, XPS, JPEG or TIFF). Press Start. This function requires the optional hard disk or a CompactFlash card.

What is the lifespan of the printer?

The maximum duty cycle is 150,000 pages per month. With regular maintenance (cleaning rollers, replacing toner), the printer can last several years. The manufacturer's warranty is one year on-site.

How to clean the printer?

Unplug the printer. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened to clean the exterior. Do not use chemicals. For the inside, gently dust off. Do not touch the rollers with your fingers. Refer to the manual for details.

What to do if the printer stops responding?

Check that the printer is on and that the network or USB cable is properly connected. Restart the printer and the PC. Check the Status Monitor for errors. If the problem persists, reset the network settings via the menu or perform a factory reset (Menu > Settings > Reset).

Versatile media support. The pagepro 4650EN offers great output quality and loads of paper handling options. Text is sharp and graphics are beautifully detailed. Great-looking documents come in all varieties. Select thick or thin paper, recycled or new, labels, envelopes, and even transparencies. In fact, use different stocks in each of the printer's two paper trays.

Documents delivered your way. Save time restocking the printer by adding optional trays and more than double the capacity to 1,800 sheets. The print driver offers settings for collation, booklets and n-up printing. A 500-sheet stacker/sorter unit is available to keep multiple documents in neat order. For paper conservation, use the optional duplex unit and cut paper use in half.
