The magicolor 5650EN and magicolor 5670EN are the perfect high-efficiency A4 colour printing solution for your office. Featuring the latest Emperor™ controller technology these versatile printers leave nothing to be desired when it comes to fast colour printing for networked business teams. The effective toner save mode allows you to save up to 50% toner with no noticeable reduction in text or graphics quality. Extra flexibility is ensured with a range of additional options; including add-on paper feeders, a duplexer, hard disc and finisher. Enjoy versatile media handling and print on thick paper of up to 210 gsm, as well as optional 1.2m banner printing functions.

High quality and economical printing

When it comes to saving costs in the office, the magicolor 5650EN and magicolor 5670EN offer you three different print resolution settings that are truly versatile, providing a highly economic operation at all times. Economy mode helps save up to 50% toner on images and graphics without compromising on text quality. High quality mode offers PhotoART- 9600^TM (600x600x4-bit contone) resolution; while glossy mode lets you control the toner adherence up to 250% to obtain an ultra-fine image quality for those really special photo prints.

Direct printing from USB 2.0

PictBridge¹ makes printing simple, fast and easy. Equip your magicolor 5650EN and magicolor 5670EN with the optional hard disc or Compact Flash Card and take advantage of convenient direct printer access. Print documents or photos directly from your USB stick or PictBridge compliant digital camera. This highly convenient functionality supports PDF, JPEG, TIFF and XPS² formats.

Great versatility

Save on costs and time by producing a wide variety of documents conveniently in-house. With the magicolor 5650EN and magicolor 5670EN you can print professional business cards, 1.2m banners, colourful reports, vivid PowerPoint presentations and more - eliminating the need to outsource printing and point of sale material. The standard multi-manual feed tray processes variable paper sizes from A5 over A4 up to banner format (216 x1,200 mm), as well as a comprehensive range of media types including plain and recycled paper, transparencies, labels, envelopes, and thick or glossy paper. The paper capacity is flexible and can easily accommodate high print volumes. Simply upgrade the standard 500 sheet cassette with one or two optional paper feeders up to the maximum paper capacity of 1,600 sheets. For extra versatility attach the finisher² and have your output conveniently stapled, sorted or grouped. You can manage all your office printing needs with the magicolor 5650EN and magicolor 5670EN.

Protect the environment

Show consideration for the environment with the magicolor 5650EN or magicolor 5670EN. Simitri® HD toner requires a much lower temperature for fusing, saving up to 15% energy. Furthermore the production of this polymerised toner emits 40% less CO2 , NO2 and SO_2 than the production of conventional pulverised toners. The toner cartridges are covered by Kona Minolta's Clean Planet Program – this ensures that 99% of the cartridges are recycled.
