How to load paper in the tray?

Pull the main tray forward, adjust the paper guides, load paper (printable side up), and push the tray back. Use the multipurpose tray for special sizes or thick media.

How to replace toner cartridges?

Open the front cover, remove the used imaging unit, then insert the new toner cartridge of the corresponding color. Close the cover. Follow the on-screen instructions.

My printer does not print over network, what to do?

Check that the Ethernet cable is connected and the printer has an IP address (print the configuration page). Make sure the driver is installed on your computer and the firewall allows traffic.

How to scan a document to an email address?

Place the document on the glass or in the automatic document feeder. On the touchscreen, select 'Scan to Email', enter the address, and press Start. You must first configure SMTP settings in the network menu.

How to make a duplex copy?

Place the original in the automatic document feeder. On the control panel, press 'Duplex', then select the desired binding (long edge or short edge). Start the copy.

What to do in case of a paper jam?

Open the front cover and gently remove the jammed paper. Also check the back of the printer and the output tray. Follow the on-screen instructions to avoid damaging rollers.

How to set up the fax?

Connect the telephone line to the 'LINE' port of the printer. In the 'Fax' menu, set your fax number, name, and reception settings. Test sending to another fax.

Print quality is poor, what to check?
