Step 1

Place the front (8) and rear (15) stabilisers on the main frame (5).

The nuts (7), stabilisers washers (18) and the Allen bolts (9) are pre-fixed to the stabilisers.

Remove them with the fixed spanner (16) and replace them as shown in the figure.

Caution: the front stabiliser is the one with the transport wheels. Fig. 2

Step 2

Put the L-shaped adjustment knobs.

Fit the adjustment knobs (6) in the holes provided on the main frame (5). To fix them in place, turn them clockwise several times. You do not need any tools. Fig. 3

Step 3

Place the pedals (14) on the cranks and secure them using the fixed spanner (16).

Caution: The right pedal is marked with the R letter; the left one, with the L letter. Make sure you place them on the correct side. The right pedal is screwed in by turning clockwise and the left pedal counterclockwise. Fig. 3

Step 4

Fit the saddle post (13) into the main frame (5). To do this, loosen the L-shaped adjustment knob by turning it counterclockwise. Then, choose the desired height and adjust the knob again. Fig. 4

Step 5

Place the saddle (10) on its post (13). To do this, remove the screws under the saddle (10) using the fixed spanner (16) and put the saddle on its adjustment bracket (11). Next, replace the screws. Remove the adjustment knob and gasket from the saddle adjustment bracket (11) and

connect this part to the saddle post (13). Then, retighten the knob. Fig. 4

Step 6

Put the handlebar stem (4). To do this, loosen the L-shaped adjustment knob by turning it counterclockwise. Then, choose the desired height and adjust the knob again. Fig. 5.

Step 7

Step 8

Insert the batteries into the back of the console. After that, place the console on the handlebar (1). Connect the three cables at the back of the console. Fig. 6

4. OPERATION

Getting on and off the exercise bike

Before getting on the bicycle, make sure the pedals are properly attached. Stand next to the bike and pass the leg that is closer to it over the frame to sit on the saddle; then, insert your feet in the pedals.

To get off the exercise bike, do the previous step in reverse order.

Adjusting the resistance

The pedalling resistance can be adjusted with the resistance lever located on the main frame. To increase resistance, set the lever in the lowest positions. To reduce resistance, set the lever in the highest positions

Assembling the saddle

To adjust the height of the saddle, remember that the correct position is the one in which your waist is not tilted to the side when the pedal is in the lower position and the foot is perfectly inserted in the toe clips.

Adjust the saddle properly to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort during exercise. The saddle is in the correct position if the user has a slightly bent knee when one of the pedals is at a 90 degree angle relative to the ground.

To adjust the saddle height, simply loosen the L-shaped height adjustment knob, raise or lower the saddle to the desired height, and tighten the knob.

Adjusting the handlebar

Make sure the handlebar height is approximately at the same height as the saddle. Remember that this parameter will depend on the biomechanics and physiology of the user. If you feel

ENGLISH

uncomfortable in this position or your knees touch the handlebar, you should increase the height slightly.

To adjust the handlebar height, simply loosen the L-shaped height adjustment knob, adjust the handlebar to the desired height, and tighten the knob.
