Frequently Asked Questions - Cecofry Duolevel 12000 Window CECOTEC

How to use the Duolevel function?
Place food on both levels to cook simultaneously. Select the desired temperature and time. Both baskets cook evenly thanks to optimized air circulation.
Can I open the window during cooking?
Yes, the viewing window is designed to withstand heat. You can monitor the cooking without interrupting the process, but avoid opening it frequently to maintain the temperature.
What foods can I cook in this air fryer?
You can cook fries, meats, fish, vegetables, pizzas, and even cakes. Use the preset programs for optimal results.
How to clean the baskets?
The baskets and racks are dishwasher safe. You can also wash them by hand with a soft sponge and dish soap. Let them dry completely before next use.
Does the air fryer make noise during cooking?
A slight ventilation noise is normal. It comes from the fan circulating hot air. If the noise becomes excessive, check that nothing is blocking the air intakes.
Can I use aluminum foil?
Yes, but place it only at the bottom of the basket to avoid contact with the heating element. Do not cover the racks completely to ensure good air circulation.
What to do if the appliance does not turn on?
Check that the plug is properly connected and that the outlet works. Make sure the baskets are inserted correctly because the appliance only turns on when the baskets are in place.
How long for frozen fries?
For frozen fries, count about 15 to 20 minutes at 200 °C. Shake the baskets halfway through for even cooking.
Does the air fryer emit an odor during first use?
It is normal for a slight plastic or oil smell to be released during the first uses. Heat the appliance empty for 10 minutes at 200 °C to eliminate this odor.
