Frequently Asked Questions - CLEANER ORCA 300 1 Edenea

How do I install my Edenea CLEANER ORCA 300 robot for the first time?
Place the robot in the pool, connect the cable to the transformer, then plug the transformer into a power outlet. Make sure the cable is not tangled and that the robot is completely submerged before starting.
My robot does not move / is stuck. What should I do?
Check that the filter is not clogged, the brushes rotate freely, and the cable is not stuck. Restart the robot after freeing it. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual.
How to clean the robot filter?
Remove the filter from the robot, rinse it with clean water (no detergent) and gently brush off residues. Let it dry before reinstalling. Replace it if it is torn.
What is the lifespan of the brushes and how to replace them?
The brushes last about 6 to 12 months depending on usage. To replace them, unclip the old brushes and insert the new ones following the indicated rotation direction. Replacement brushes are available online.
The robot does not clean the walls properly. Why?
Make sure the brushes are in good condition and that the robot is programmed in edge mode or that the wall slope does not exceed 45°. Also check that the filter is not too dirty.
How to store the robot off-season?
Clean and dry the robot completely. Store it in a dry, frost-free place. Unplug the transformer and coil the cable without bending it. Keep the clean filter separately.
The robot cable often gets tangled. How to avoid this?
Before each use, fully unroll the cable and check that it is not twisted. The robot has an anti-tangle system, but if the cable is tangled, straighten it manually. Avoid knots.
Can I use the robot in a pool with a delicate liner?
Yes, the robot is designed for all types of liners (liner, concrete, etc.). It is equipped with soft brushes that do not damage surfaces. Avoid any sharp objects in the pool.
What to do if the robot does not turn on?
Check the cable connection and that the transformer is plugged in. Try another outlet if possible. If the screen or indicator light remains off, contact Edenea customer service.
How to program a cleaning cycle?
The robot starts automatically in standard mode. To change mode, press the Mode button on the transformer: available modes are Auto, Edge, and Express. Refer to the manual for details.
