1. Remove any packaging, stickers or accessories
inside and outside the appliance B . Dismantle the tray (C), the cooking plate (B) and the electrical base (A). c and unwind the cord completely. » E E

4. Turn over and then place the base (A) on the
tray (C). Centre the open legs in the tray notch which is designed for holding the legs
5. Place the cooking plate (B) on the base (A): your
appliance is now complete. . Place the appliance on the middle of the table, out of the reach of children.
Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat- = resistant surface: do not use the appliance on a soft or unsteady base. Never place the appliance directly onto a fragile support (glass tablé; cloth, varnished furniture. ABOUT YOUR FACTORY FITTED PLUG
The cord is already fitted with a plug incorporating an appropriate fuse. Ifthe plug does not fit your socket outlet, see paragraph below. Should you need to replace the fuse in the plug supplied, an appropriately ratedi approved BS 1362 fuse must be used (refer to electrical specification fois fuse rating). If the plug supplied does not fit your socket outlet, it should be removed from the mains lead and disposed of safely. The flexible cord insulatidfi should be stripped back as appropriate and a suitable alternative plüg) fitted. The replacement plug must be equipped with an appropriate fuses If the plug has external access to the fuse (non-rewirable type plug) please note that the fuse cover is an important part of the plug.
