1. Check the drainage

The spin cycle cannot start if the water is not completely drained. According to the manual, error E21 indicates "drainage too long". Check:

The drain hose is not kinked, crushed, or blocked
The drain pump filter does not contain debris - clean it regularly
The hose is properly connected to the drainage and is not stuck

2. Check the transport bolts

If you have just installed the machine, the 4 transport bolts must ABSOLUTELY be removed from the back and replaced with the provided caps. If they are still in place, the machine cannot operate correctly and the drum will not spin.

3. Balanced load

A very unbalanced load (such as a single garment) can block the safety spin. Add 1 or 2 additional garments to balance the drum.

4. Stable position

Ensure that the machine is resting on perfectly level ground. An uneven surface can prevent normal operation.

5. Door properly closed

Error E30 indicates a poorly closed door, which blocks all cycles including the spin. Check that the latch closes properly.
