Comment installer le capteur E3F ?

Le capteur se monte facilement grâce à son boîtier cylindrique M18. Utilisez les supports de montage fournis. Pour les modèles à optique radiale (E3FR), l'installation sans support est possible. Assurez-vous de respecter les distances de détection indiquées.

Quelle est la portée de détection maximale ?

La portée dépend du modèle : jusqu'à 15 m en mode traversant (E3FZ), 4 m en rétroréfléchissant, 1 m en diffus, et jusqu'à 20 cm avec suppression d'arrière-plan.

Comment nettoyer le capteur ?

Nettoyez la lentille avec un chiffon doux et sec. Évitez les solvants agressifs. Pour les modèles en acier inoxydable, ils résistent aux détergents (certification ECOLAB).

Le capteur peut-il être utilisé en extérieur ?

Oui, les modèles avec indice IP69k (acier inoxydable) résistent aux projections d'eau à haute pression. Pour les autres modèles, vérifiez l'indice de protection adapté.

Quels types d'objets peuvent être détectés ?

Le capteur détecte tout objet opaque ou réfléchissant selon le mode. Le mode traversant détecte les objets opaques, le rétroréfléchissant nécessite un réflecteur, et le diffus détecte les objets même non réfléchissants.

Comment choisir entre les différents modèles (E3F2, E3FZ, E3FR) ?

Le E3F2 est standard en laiton ou plastique, le E3FZ est un modèle court à montage rapide, et le E3FR possède une optique radiale pour installation sans support. Choisissez selon vos contraintes d'espace et de portée.

Que faire si le capteur ne fonctionne pas ?

Installation times can be significantly reduced with the E3FZ. The snap-in mechanism provides fast and vibration proof mounting. The Laser welded compact M18 body measures less than 40mm in length and provides highest protection and durability.

E3FR and E3F2- _-41 sensors in M18 housing with 90^ radial optics

The radial (90^ optics) sensors allow a simplified bracket-less installation. The E3FR is based on the E3FZ family and offers the same functionality and product range. The E3F2-_-41 range of retroreflective and diffuse reflective sensors features a smaller-sized sensing head with a built-in 90^ prism for challenging mounting conditions.
