Cleaning the Thermocream® nozzle

Unclog the nozzle with a fine pin - The outlet may be blocked by coffee residues or accumulated limescale
Let the steam escape for a few seconds after each use to prevent residues from building up

Check the filter and coffee dose

Reduce the coffee dose - Do not exceed 50 ml per coffee (maximum dose). An overload prevents the filter from sealing correctly and causes overflow or splashing
The Thermocream® filter can become clogged with greasy residues or limescale after a few months of use, disrupting the uniform flow of water and causing splashes

Recommended maintenance

Use COFFEE CLEAN tablets every 3 months to thoroughly clean the filter (refer to the product instructions)
Regularly clean the internal openings of the filter with a small soft brush
