How to charge the earpiece?
Plug the included adapter into the earpiece jack, then into a power outlet. The light turns red during charging and changes to blue when fully charged. Do not charge with another charger.
What to do if the earpiece does not turn on?
Make sure the battery is charged. If the earpiece does not turn on after a full charge, try resetting it by pressing and holding the multifunction button for 10 seconds. If the problem persists, contact an authorized Samsung service center.
How to adjust the volume during a call?
Use the volume buttons on the earpiece (or on your phone). The buttons are usually located on the side of the earpiece. Refer to the manual for exact location.
The earpiece disconnects frequently. What to do?
Check that the distance between the earpiece and phone does not exceed 10 meters. Avoid obstacles (walls). If the problem persists, delete the pairing and re-pair. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.

The earpiece can remember multiple paired devices, but it connects to only one at a time. To switch, disable Bluetooth on the first phone or press the multifunction button to reconnect to the last device used.
