How do I set the desired humidity level?

Press the HUMIDITY SET button repeatedly to cycle through 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, and 80% RH. The digital display will show the current target.

How often should I clean the air filter?

Clean the washable honeycomb filter every 2 weeks under normal use. Use a vacuum or rinse with warm water and dry completely before reinserting.

Can I use continuous drainage instead of the tank?

Yes. Remove the tank cover, attach the supplied drain hose to the outlet, and route it to a floor drain. Ensure the hose is not kinked.

What does the 'Full' indicator mean?

The water tank is full or incorrectly positioned. Empty the tank and replace it properly. The unit will automatically resume after a few minutes.

Why is the dehumidifier not collecting water?

Check if the humidity setting is lower than the room humidity. Also ensure the air filter is clean and the room temperature is above 5°C. The unit may be in defrost mode.

How much energy does this dehumidifier consume?

It consumes 280W at full operation, which is typical for a 30L/day model. Energy efficiency class is A.

Is the unit noisy?

Noise level is 48 dB(A), comparable to a quiet conversation. It will be slightly louder on high fan speed.

What is the auto defrost feature?

When operating in low temperatures (below 12°C), the unit automatically initiates a defrost cycle to prevent ice buildup on the coils. This pauses dehumidification temporarily.

How do I reset the filter cleaning reminder?

After cleaning and reinserting the filter, press and hold the CLEAN FILTER button for 3 seconds until the indicator turns off.

Where is the best place to position the dehumidifier?

Place it in the center of the damp room, at least 30 cm away from walls and furniture. Close windows and doors for efficient operation.

- If any abnormal phenomenon is founded, please turn off the switch of the dehumidifier, pull out the power plug and contact the dealer.

(The abnormal operation may cause equipment failures, electric shock, fire or other similar accidents.)

Operation and efficiency

Defrosting operation

The evaporator in the dehumidifier may defrost automatically if it is operated in the room temperature less than 18 °C . The defrosting device may start up and operate for some time (about 5 minutes) automatically every 25 minutes or even longer.

• During the defrosting operation, the dehumidification function and air purification function may intermit.
• Please don't turn off the switch or pull out the power plug of the dehumidifier during the defrosting operation.

This dehumidifier can't be applicable to keep extreme low temperature.

The purpose of this dehumidifier is to pump off the unpleasant high humidity in daily life and dry the wet things. But it can't be used to keep extreme low temperature.

The room temperature increases during the operation.

This dehumidifier doesn't have cooling function. It will produce heat during the operation and increase the room temperature to 1 to 4 C. This temperature rise may be very distinct in the cabinet or other similar spaces. In addition, the door and windows are closed and other appliances in the room can give out heat as well as the radiation of the sun can raise the room temperature.

Dehumidifying capacity

The illustration below shows the daily dehumidifying capacity of the dehumidifier. This capacity is based on the 30 °C of room temperature the dehumidifier sets, 80% of relative humidity and the data when the air outlet is fully open. At different temperatures and relative humidity, it may have different dehumidifying capacities.

In the same room temperature, the dehumidifying capacity is higher in higher relative humidity and the dehumidifying capacity is lower in lower relative humidity. In the same relative humidity, the dehumidifying capacity is higher in higher temperature and the dehumidifying capacity is lower in lower temperature.

If the dehumidifier is placed in the cabinet, its dehumidifying capacity may highly reduce in a short period after operating, that is, the humidity in the cabinet has been highly reduced.

Installation

The following space must be maintained to ensure the operating efficiency of the dehumidifier.

Note

If the dehumidifier gets interference from the household appliances, such as television and radio cassette player, please keep the equipment away from the dehumidifier for over 70 cm.

Remark

After the dehumidification operates, the Tank may hold water, and after the water is full, the dehumidifier operating Automatically and the full, indicator light is on.

Operation manual

1. Power Button:

This button can control the machine on and off.

2. Mode:

The key can enter the mode selection state, can be switched to ordinary dehumidification, continuous dehumidification, Strong dehumidification, fast drying.

3. Settings:

Humidity can be set between 30% - 80% (5% adjustment factor).

Humidity setting is only valid under normal dehumidification.

4. Timing:

Buttons can be set into the timing of the state, the time is 1-24 hours; there is a time, „Hr“ timing is often bright.

In the boot state, can be timed shutdown operation.

In standby mode, the timing can be scheduled to start operation, can be pre boot mode.

5. Purification:

Lights turn on when entering the purification; wind speed can be set, Timing is effective, set the humidity is invalid; when entering the purification mode, exit dehumidification mode.

When you exit the purge mode, automatically restore the last dehumidification mode.

6. Child Lock:

Child lock button can continue to hold down for 3 seconds to enter the key lock state, press all the keys are invalid.

7. Wind Speed:

This feature needs to be switched to „clean“ and „ordinary dehumidification“ under the use of wind speed can be in the high / low wind switch.

8. Sleep:

Wipe up the dehumidifier with wet cloth (put it into the water and wring it out). Don't clean the control unit with wet cloth.

Don't clean the machine unit with gasoline, thinner or liquid detergent to avoid deformation and fission of the machine unit.

The cloth contains chemicals may change the color of the machine unit.

Warranty information:

The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer's own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user. The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship. The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service centre. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.

The warranty will not apply in cases of:

Malfunction disposals

Please check each item first before applying for maintenance:

Make sure the phenomena below happen while the malfunctions above are not included:

Phenomenon Causes
Intermittent stop during the operation. The defrosting.
Small dehumidifying capacity. The dehumidifying capacity drops with the room temperature and humidity. See the illustration above for reference.
The humidity of the room can't reduce. The room area is too big, which is over its application scope.The door and windows of the room aren't closed.The machine unit is operated with a kerosene heater (which releases steam) together.
Unpleasant smell. The smell may come from the wall, furniture and other things.
The machine unit makes a sound during operation.	The sound made by the flowing of the refrigerant may eliminate or lower automatically while the system operates stably.
Water is in the tank. Since each machine unit has taken operation test before leaving the factory, some water remains on the evaporator flows to the water tank.
The FULL indicator light is on.	When the water tank is full, the FULL indicator light is on for reminding.
