How to connect an HDMI device to the projector?
Plug the HDMI cable into one of the two HDMI inputs on the back of the projector and into your device (Blu-ray player, console, etc.). Select the corresponding HDMI source via the input menu.
The projector displays 'No signal', what to do?
Check that the source is turned on, the cable is properly connected, and the correct input is selected (press 'Source' on the remote). Try another cable or source.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off the projector and unplug it. Open the filter cover on the side, remove the filter, and gently vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner. Replace it every 500 hours of use.
What is the lamp life and how to replace it?
The lamp lasts up to 5000 h in normal mode and 8000 h in eco mode. To replace it, turn off the projector, unplug it, open the lamp compartment, unscrew the old lamp, install the new one (ref. BL-FU240A), and screw it back in.
How to project a 3D image?
The projector supports 3D via HDMI with DLP-Link glasses. Enable 3D mode in the menu, adjust synchronization, and wear compatible glasses.
The image is blurry or distorted, how to correct?
Use the focus ring on the lens. For keystone distortion, use the vertical keystone correction in the menu or on the remote (Keystone buttons).
Can I use the projector with an extension cord?
Yes, but make sure the extension cord supports at least 260 W (3A) and is of good quality to avoid voltage drops.
How to reduce fan noise?
Switch to eco mode (lamp) via the lamp setting menu. This reduces brightness but also fan noise.
Does the projector get very hot and what to do?
The projector heats up normally. Ensure ventilation around it (10 cm clearance). If temperature is excessive, it will shut down automatically. Clean the air filter if necessary.
How to reset to factory settings?
Go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Reset All' or 'Factory Settings'. Confirm with 'Yes'. The projector will restart with default settings.
