How to replace the projector lamp?
Turn off the projector and unplug it. Wait 30 minutes for cooling. Open the lamp cover, remove the old lamp, insert the new one (ref. SP.8M,01G.001) and close. Reset the counter in the menu.
What to do if the image is blurry?
Use the focus ring on the lens. Make sure the projection distance is correct. Clean the lens with a soft cloth.
How to connect an external device (Blu-ray player, console)?
Connect the device to the projector via an HDMI cable. Select the HDMI source using the Source button on the remote or control panel.
Why does the projector turn off by itself?
This may be due to overheating. Check that the ventilation vents are not blocked and that the air filter is clean. If the problem persists, contact support.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off and unplug the projector. Remove the filter located on the side. Vacuum the dust with a low-power vacuum cleaner. Put the filter back in place. Perform this operation every 100 hours.
What is the lamp life?
In Normal mode, about 5,000 hours; in Eco mode, up to 10,000 hours. A message will warn you when the lamp is near the end of its life.
Can I use the projector in daylight?
Yes, with a brightness of 3,200 lumens, the image remains visible in ambient light, but for optimal quality, dim the light.
How to adjust the image size?
Use the zoom ring on the lens. You can also move the projector backward or forward. The projection ratio is approximately 1.5 to 1.65.
Is the projector 3D compatible?
Yes, it supports 3D via HDMI with DLP Link active glasses (not included). Enable 3D mode in the menu.
