How to replace the lamp of the OPTOMA EP739H projector?
Turn off the device and unplug it. Let it cool for 30 minutes. Open the lamp compartment (located under the device). Remove the old lamp by unscrewing the screws, insert the new compatible OPTOMA BL-FP200A lamp, screw it back and close. Reset the lamp counter in the menu.
What resolutions are supported by the EP739H?
The native resolution is XGA (1024x768). It also supports VGA (640x480), SVGA (800x600) and SXGA (1280x1024) resolutions via scaling.
How to connect a computer to the projector?
Use a VGA cable (or HDMI if available). Connect one end to the computer output, the other to the VGA1 or VGA2 input on the projector. Select the corresponding source via the Source button on the remote control or control panel.
The projector does not turn on, what to do?
Check that the power cable is properly connected and that the outlet works. Make sure the lamp cover is securely closed. If the power indicator blinks red, consult the manual for the error code.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off and unplug the projector. Open the filter cover (left side). Remove the foam filter, wash it with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Put it back and close the cover. Clean every 100 hours of use.

Use the focus ring on the lens to adjust sharpness. Enable automatic or manual keystone correction via the Display menu to straighten the image if the projector is tilted.
Can the projector be used with a game console?
Yes, connect your console via an HDMI cable (recommended) or VGA with adapter. Make sure the console resolution is compatible (e.g. 720p or 1080i). The projector will display the image with possible slight lag.
How to reset the lamp counter?
Go to the Settings menu > Lamp Management > Reset Counter. Confirm with the Enter key. This operation is necessary after each lamp change.
What cables are included with the projector?
