How long does it take to fully charge the headphones?
Charging takes approximately 2 hours. The LED is solid red during charging and turns blue when fully charged. Use the supplied Micro-USB cable and a suitable USB charger or computer port.
Why is there no sound coming from the headphones?
First, ensure the headphones are switched on and charged. Increase the volume on both the headphones and the connected device. Move the devices closer together (within 10 m) and remove any obstacles. Try a different music source or reconnect the headphones.
How do I activate the voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant)?
While connected via Bluetooth, press the Voice Assistant button (1) until you hear an acoustic signal. Then speak your command. For Google Assistant, your device must run Android 5.0 or higher and have the Google Assistant app set as default.
Can I use the headphones for phone calls?

What should I do if the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping?
Check that both devices are within 10 m range and that no obstacles like walls are interfering. Ensure the headphones are sufficiently charged. If the problem persists, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again following the manual.
How do I know when the battery is low?
You will hear a voice prompt saying 'Low Battery' twice at 5-minute intervals, and the LED will flash red. The headphones will automatically switch off soon after. Recharge them using the Micro-USB cable.
