- Please read the instructions for use carefully before using your appliance for the first time and retain them for future reference: the manufacturer cannot accept any liability for non compliant appliance use.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. The power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its aftersales service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid danger.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Caution: you may injure yourself if you use the appliance incorrectly.
- Always use the push sticks to guide the food in the tubes, never use your fingers, forks, spoons, knives or any other object while your appliance is operating.
- Do not allow long hair, scarves, ties, etc. dangle over the accessories when in operation.
- Do not use this appliance to blend or mix non-food items.
- When emptying the bowls, assembling and disassembling the accessories, and cleaning, handle the chopping knife, the blender knife, the mini-chopper blades, the grinder knife, the chopper head knife and the
vegetable cutting discs (according to model) with care : they are extremely sharp. The chopping knife is to be removed by its drive before emptying the contents from the bowl.
- Assembly, disassembly and cleaning of the grater discs (according to model) shall not be done by children, due to presence of sharp blades on the other side of the disc.
- Do not operate your appliance when empty.
- Do not use the mixer bowl (according to model) without ingredients, without its cover or only with dry products, and do not pour boiling liquids (over 80°C/176°F) into it.
- Never place your fingers or any other object not intended for this function in the blender jug when the appliance is running.
- Always pour the liquid ingredients into the blender jug first, before adding the solid ingredients.
- Never touch moving parts, wait until appliance has come to a complete stop before removing accessories.
- Use you appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface.
- Always unplug your appliance from the mains as soon as you have finished using it (even in the event of a power outage) and when you clean it.
- With Juice extractor accessory (according to model): do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
- Do not use the accessories as recipients (for freezing-cooking-hot sterilisation, microwave).
- Do not use the mixer or the emulsifying disc to prepare heavy doughs.
- This product has been designed for domestic use only and for altitudes of up to 2000 m.
- This appliance is not intended to be used in the following applications, and the guarantee will not apply for :
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
- Refer to the instructions to obtain the appropriate operating time and speed settings for each accessory.
- Refer to the instructions for correct fitting and assembly of your accessories.
- Refer to the instructions for initial and regular cleaning of surfaces in contact with foodstuff, and for cleaning and maintenance of your appliance.
For European markets only
- For all accessories except multiwire whisk, emulsifying disk, emulsifying mixer, citrus press and grater discs (according to model): this appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- This appliance may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or whose experience or knowledge is not sufficient, provided they are supervised or have received instruction to use the device safely and understand the dangers.
- The multiwire whisk, emulsifying disk, emulsifying mixer, the citrus press and the grater discs (according to model) can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above
and supervised; Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
Regarding electrical supply
- Check that the voltage of your appliance matches that of your electrical installation.
- Any incorrect connection invalidates the warranty.
- Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not leave the power cord with in the reach of children or close to or in contact with the hot parts of your appliance, close to a source of heat or on a sharp edge.
After sales service
- Any operations other than the usual cleaning and maintenance operations carried out by the customer must only be carried out by an approved service centre (see list in the service booklet).
- For your safety, only use accessories and spare parts that are suited to your appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if it is not working properly or if it has been damaged. In this case, contact an authorised service centre (see the list in the service booklet).
Rescycling
End-of-life electrical and electronic products:
Your appliance is designed to operate for many years. However, the day you plan to replace it, do not throw it away with normal household rubbish or in a landfill but take it to a suitable collection point provided by your local authority (or to a recycling centre if applicable).

Take it to a collection point for processing.

WARNING: The safety instructions booklet is included in the packaging. Please read it carefully before using your new appliance. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
Your appliance is fitted with a safety mechanism to prevent overheating (depending on the model).
In the event of overheating, your appliance will stop working. Unplug it and leave it to cool down for approximately 20 minutes, then plug it in again and continue to use it.
If your appliance still does not work, check:
—that the appliance is plugged in
-the accessory fitted is correctly locked in position
-the lid is fully closed
-whether the safety overheat mechanism has not operated (see above). If yes, unplug your appliance and let it cool down for 20 minutes.
If your appliance still does not work? Take it to an approved service centre (see the list in the Service booklet).
Basic recipes
Bread Dough
Ingredients: 500 g flour, 5 g dry yeast, 10 g salt, 320 g water at 25°C
Place the flour, salt and yeast in the food processor bowl with the blade. Close the food processor and prepare your volume of water. Start the “Dough” program or activate Speed 2 of your food processor for 1 minute 30 seconds and pour the water directly in the spout. Cover and let the dough rise at 35^ C for 1 hour; the dough must double in volume. Shape your loaf and let it rise again for 1 hour at 35^ C; your loaf must double in volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 220^ C for 40 minutes in a damp environment (place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven).
Cake Batter
Ingredients: 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, 150 g soft butter cut into pieces, 150 g eggs (3 eggs), 5 g baking powder
Pour all ingredients in the bowl and set up the kneading accessory and the lid. Start the food processor's “Dough” program or activate Speed 2 to mix them until the butter is completely incorporated. Re-open the food processor to scrape the sides of your bowl to ensure all ingredients are well mixed. Then, restart the food processor for 1 minute. Pour the batter in a greased, floured cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 1 hour.
Crepe Batter
Ingredients: 200 g egg (4 eggs), 40 g sugar, 10 cl oil (or 90 g melted butter), 750 g milk, 375 g flour
In the blender bowl, place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk. Select the “Smoothie” program or Speed 2. After 30 s, without stopping the food processor, pour the flour through the opening of the measuring cap and run the blender for 1 minute. Let the batter rest for at least one hour in a cool place before making your crepes.
Soup
Ingredients for 1.25 l of soup: 150 g carrots, 150 g leeks, 300 g potatoes, 100 g onion, 800 g water
Cook the vegetables in advance (steam cooking recommended). Once cooked, pour the vegetables in the blender, add the water and start the “Soup” program or Speed 2 for 1 to 2 minutes. Be sure to wait until the food processor’s parts have stopped moving before opening the lid.
Beef-Carrot Purée
Ingredients: 300 g carrots, 100 g potatoes, 100 g beef, 50 g cooking juice
Cook the vegetables and the meat in advance (steam cooking recommended). Pour all ingredients in the bowl with the blade and add the water. Start the "Soup" program or activate Speed 2 for 30 seconds. Open the lid to scrape the sides to ensure all ingredients are well mixed. Restart the food processor for 30 seconds. If necessary, scrape and blend again.
Hazelnuts
Ingredients: 200 g hazelnuts
For a fine, consistent powder, blend the hazelnuts in small batches in the mini chopper (max 80 g per blending batch). Then use the “Pulse” function 8 times for 1 second each time.
To grind the hazelnuts in a single step, blend the hazelnuts in the large food processor bowl. Pour the 200 g of hazelnuts in the bowl with the blade. Start the food processor on Speed 2 for 30 seconds. Re-open the bowl to scrape the bowl to ensure all hazelnuts are well mixed. Restart the food processor for 30 seconds.
Mayonnaise
Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 20 g mustard, 20 cl oil, salt
In the bowl, place the egg yolks, mustard and salt with the disk or the emulsion whisk. Put the lid in place and start the appliance with the “Beat” program or activate Speed 2 for 2 minutes. After 15 seconds of operation, gradually and slowly add the oil through the lid opening. For optimal results, beat for another 30 seconds once all the oil is poured in.
Tip to help the mayonnaise keep longer: at the start, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar with the egg yolk
Chantilly
Ingredients: 250 ml whipping cream (30%), 20 g icing sugar.
After thoroughly cooling the bowl, place the disk or the emulsion whisk in the bowl. Add the cold cream and the icing sugar. Operate at Speed 1 or using the "Beat" program and follow the time indicated in the chart. In the middle of the preparation time, check the consistency, as it can quickly change depending on the temperature and the quantity of fat contained in the cream.
Stiffly Beaten Egg Whites
Ingredients: 5 egg whites (approximately 160 g)
Place the disk or the emulsion whisk in the bowl. Pour in the 5 egg whites. Select Speed 1 or the “Beat” program and follow the time indicated in the chart. Check the consistency and stop the food processor when the egg whites are stiff.

At OBH Nordicas choice, a replacement product may be provided instead of repairing a defective product. OBH Nordicas sole obligation and your exclusive resolution under this guarantee are limited to such repair or replacement.
Conditions & Exclusions
OBH Nordica shall not be obliged to repair or replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. The defective product may be returned to the store of purchase.
This guarantee applies only for products purchased and used for domestic purposes and will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow OBH Nordica instructions, or a modification or unauthorised repair of the product, faulty packaging by the owner or mishandling by any carrier. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance or replacement of consumable parts, or the following:
- using the wrong type of water or consumable
- mechanical damages, overloading
- damages or poor results specifically due to wrong voltage or frequency as stamped on the product ID or specification
- ingress of water, dust or insects into the product
- scaling (any de-scaling must be carried out according to the instructions for use)
- damage as a result of lightning or power surges
- damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product
- accidents including fire, flood, etc
- professional or commercial use
Consumer Statutory Rights
OBH Nordica's commercial guarantee does not affect the Statutory Rights a consumer may have or those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the retailer from which the consumer purchased the product. This guarantee gives a consumer specific legal rights, and the consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from Country to Country. The consumer may assert any such rights at his sole discretion.
